Clean, spacious room, the hotel provides a great (included) breakfast and cocktail hour (3 drinks) with food enough to make it your dinner. The staff was very friendly and very helpful about finding anything in the area. Directly across from NAU and the conference center with parking in the adjacent garage. About a 6-minute walk to the older downtown section of Flagstaff.

I have no issues with the rooms or staff or amenities. The breakfast food was very good, however the area was packed with other guests and most were not wearing masks or maintaining any distance. There is a very good chance that Covid-19 was spread among the guests. It was a dangerous virus situation. Drury needs to shut down the eating areas and /or tape off half of the table areas immediately.

Thank you for staying with us and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I was disappointed with your COVID observations and want to assure you we have all CDC recommendations in place to keep our guests and employees safe. Masks are required in all public areas of the hotel including the dining room. We have social distancing in place in all areas of the hotel and in the dining room all tables are placed over 6’ apart. We have reduced seating in the dining room by 25% and Hand Sanitizer stations are placed through out the hotel. We do are best to make sure our guests abide by the policies we have in place and I am sorry if felt uncomfortable. We hope to see you again soon and please feel free to reach out with any other questions or concerns . Blake S General Manager Blake S. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite by Corey at the front desk who is amazing at making you feel welcomed. All the staff were excellent and friendly throughout the complex. We traveled during the week in February and got our room for $99. When you realize it includes breakfast, casual dinner and 3 drinks you cannot lose. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. They have a cocktail happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 and items included on the nights we were there, hot dogs, nachos, pasta, baked potato, chicken and salad. Good enough for dinner for us. Breakfast was hot and popcorn was provided in the lobby in the afternoon. Tea and coffee were accessible anytime. I have never had a bad experience at the Drury Inn. Close to the University and to Lowell Observatory

I like Drury Inn, especially for the ease of having a light dinner and a full breakfast. I’m willing to pay a little bit more for those advantages. This Drury may be the nicest one I’ve stayed in. And yes, COVID19 has caused us to have to adapt. However, we arrived on Monday night and the hotel was pretty empty. We were told Kickback was cancelled but they could bring us a hot dog to the room if we wanted. And yes, the hot breakfast was cancelled, but they could bring us a bagel or danish to our room. So in a hotel that is almost empty, the best customer service they can offer is this? Even the front desk knew it was a raw deal saying, “yeah, it’s usually awesome and this sucks.” The positive is that this was the quietest hotel stay I’ve ever had. But I’d think Drury could do better with either a discount or a free future night or something since a huge part of their brand are the two things they didn’t provide their guests. I also think with the few guests they had, they could’ve brought full hot meals and drinks to the rooms and really made a statement about their customer service. So instead of a full, included hot breakfast, we went out to a $56 hot breakfast in Flagstaff. Not exactly the savings I was looking for. You let me down, Drury, my go-to hotel of choice.

On Monday March 16th 2020 we put in place recommendations from the CDC and city of Flagstaff keep our guests and employees safe. We choose to do this immediately, while other’s waited a few days. Temporarily we are serving our breakfast and 5:30 Kickback as a grab and go option. We will remain open to serve the needs of Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. We hope to see you again. The Drury inn in Flagstaff AZ was the original hotel that got us hooked on using Drury inn 4 years ago. During our recent stay on Dec 27, 2019, we were very disappointed in this hotel. The price for a standard room was way overpriced, the cleanliness of the hotel was very poor and the evening meal was very disorganized. I realized at this point there was a bit of price gouging going on due to a special event in town. I intend on letting the Drury inn corporate office know about it and that we will not be staying there again.

We had two nights in a standard room, on the second floor in our first time at this establishment. We loved this as it has a walkway directly into the free parking garage so we don’t need to ever deal with elevators, which always seemed busy. And the stairs took us one flight down to the lobby and dining area. Totally quiet, no street noise at all.
The rooms was spacious, beds amazing, linens seemed new, bathroom offered soaps and shampoos in wall dispensers in shower that were good. Except for some rambunctious kids running the hallways, we didn’t hear any other guests. Lots of electric outlets for devices.Wifi is automatic, no password needed and always worked.
Check in was flawless. The men running the front desk in the afternoon reminded us of the hospitality you receive in Canadian hotels - which is high praise. Truly caring and patient, explaining their amenities to each and every guest with grace and professionalism.
The Kick Back service in the early evening was generous and appreciated. If you were not interested in dining out, this was a full meal, along with complimentary cocktails made by a charming and efficient bartender.
Breakfast offered many options, more carbs than anything, but the oatmeal was delicious and fresh, with multiple toppings. Sausage and scrambled eggs were the protein offerings. The coffee was high quality, which is a must in today’s culture.
We dined across the street at 1899, which was also a pleasant surprise with great food and service. Macy’s Coffee House is a short 10 minute walk, and is a tradition when I visit Flag to get a coffee and baked goods for the road.

We had the best experience ever at this hotel!
We got into town super early due to extreme heat and tried to find a hotel with a morning check in. Every hotel we called said “No” but Colin at the Drury said “yes” we were able to fresh up and put our luggage in a room where it was safe. It made our whole day. Staff was excellent, rooms were clean and beautiful! Will be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The breakfast and dinner (with 3 drinks per adult!) was above and beyond and the suite room was perfect for our family of 5. 2 small things to note- there was no lock on the bathroom door, not ideal for a teenager who doesn’t want to be walked in on by her younger siblings. Also, we were not told we had to request to have our room cleaned. Our sheets needed to be changed (one of our children had an accident in the night), and by the time we got back to our room the cleaning staff was gone for the day. We called down to the front desk and they brought us clean sheets and fresh towels and were very apologetic and even said they would give us a discount on our room for the inconvenience. Overall we had a WONDERFUL experience.

Upon arrival, after parking in the hotel garage and walking to the closest entrance, the entrance was locked. It was Wednesday 4 November 2020 @ 4:30 PM; approximately 1.5 hrs. before darkness. I proceeded to the next visible entrance, it too was locked. The front desk was clearly visible, it was not busy. As difficulty walking was experienced due to an injury, a phone call was placed asking that someone come open the door. The woman answering the phone said to go to the main entrance. It was explained I had an injury and after trying two locked doors visible from the parking lot, the "main entrance" was now elusive and please come and unlock the door. I was transferred to another woman at the front desk, she was not helpful. Four hotel guests were eating outside, realized the predicament and one of them opened the door with a room key.

Another woman at the front desk, speaking very fast and in a very disinterested manner, recited the hotels rules and amenities not only to the guest first in line, but to me also when checking in.

The staff serving the tasty dinner and breakfast items items were far more friendly and accommodating.

Guests were using the pool and Jacuzzi. The room was clean.

The women working the front desk at the time, demonstrating a lack of A.D.A. awareness, overall sensitivity and curtness in mannerisms certainly gave a black eye to an otherwise great staff and good visit.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to let us know about your experience. I apologize for the confusion of were to park and register as a hotel guest. The main entrance is located on the northwest corner of the building facing Milton and Butler Roads and we ask guests check in to the hotel before parking in the garage. A large porte cochere frames the entrance and allows guests to park their car and enter the hotel to check-in. The front desk is not visible from any entrance except the main double sliding doors and all other entrances of the hotel require a key to use. We will use your comments as training tool for the team and make sure they are clear with the directions. I was happy hear you enjoyed your time and were able to experience some of our great amenities including a free hot breakfast and evening 5:30 Kickback. We hope to see you again soon. Blake S. We were here for several days. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. At the breakfast and kick back hour, staff was constantly restocking and cleaning the food buffet area along with the vacated tables. There is additional seating on the second floor overlooking the lobby area. Rooms are nicely appointed. Bathroom linens were snowy white and thick. Beds were comfortable. It appears that many of their staff are students next door at ASU with a major in hotel service/management. Friendly and courteous. This will be our 'go to' hotel every time we visit Flagstaff.
