We stayed one night in room 45 as a splurge after backpacking the Grand Canyon. The room was freshly renovated, pleasantly decorated, clean and comfortable. We're reluctant to give a poor review to a historic hotel that seems to have done so many things right but others who want to stay should know the issues to ensure they get what...

Was in Flagstaff during NAU Parent Weekend as well as the Hopi Arts and Culture Festival. We like to sit up on the balcony of the hotel and people watch while we have a beverage and a snack. Went up and sat down, and waited at least 10 minutes before going into the bar to ask if they were serving....

We stopped by this hotel mainly to check it out and fell in love with the architecture. Very old and in the heart of Old Downtown Flagstaff it made for an interesting stop. The upstairs bar was really the centerpiece of a time gone by. We ended up with a couple of drinks and complementary popcorn to snack on. Lots...

I will start with the positives: 1) the location is fantastic, within walking distance of many great bars and restaurants; and 2) the exterior and lobby are charming. That's where it ends. The service was practically nonexistent. We had to wait forever at the front desk for an employee to show up, who was less than enthused to see us,...

From the very moment we walked in the door, Weatherford employees were super friendly & helpful. We were two hours early, but still wanted to secure our parking space (they are quite limited), so I was cheerfully given a parking permit without checking in. Once we ate lunch (right downstairs outside) which was ample & delicious by the way, we...

I really wanted to enjoy this hotel, and read a few of these reviews here before reserving, so in the end I chanced it for a night while in Flag at NAU for business (stayed closer to the Canyon on a 2nd night). I can't disagree with most of the negatives from recent reviews I read... indeed I had to...

I book 3 rooms in this hotel for myself and 4 friends from overseas. I heard that the "Railroad" district of Flagstaff is real fun and the place to stay. The Weatherford is in this district. This area of Flagstaff was a very enjoyable place to visit. There are plenty of places to eat and everyone in the street appeared...

I don't even know where to start with this hotel. We stayed the night of July 30th in room 49. Checking in: Stood at the desk for about ten minutes after ringing the bell a few times. Had plenty of employees walk by us, look at us, but not actually help us. We finally go the restaurant host to help...

The Weatherford is beautiful hotel with great character. Friendly staff and super centrally located. Unfortunately the rooms are very average. Old and a tiny bathroom and in need of some love. The noise from the bar after 10 pm is unacceptable. The problem could be easily solved with a door to separate the bar from the rooms

Beautiful old hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in Room #44 which had a great bathroom and clean room. We loved the downtown location as it was close to everything. Would have been nice to have some parking, but it is a historic downtown hotel, so no biggie. What were issues for us however was that we...
