Everything about my stay was perfect. I came to Arizona to hike and explore Sedona so I would leave early in the mornings to go hike and I'd come back and sprawl out in my King size bed and enjoy the comforts of the Jacuzzi and my lovely room. The staff was super friendly, they guided me around flagstaff. Shoutout...

I booked 2 nights here and when I arrived I was early. Check in is normally 3 pm and I was just going to see if they could store my baggage for awhile and then return as it was 11:45 am. Mike at the front desk checked and a king bed room was ready and checked me in early. I...

Needed a place to stay after visiting the Grand Canyon. The carpet had stains by the nightstand and by the sink. The doorknob in the bathroom was broken. Was very noisy. Can hear the guest upstairs walking around with heavy feet and sounded like they were moving furniture. Also the other rooms next to us, we can hear them closing...

For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting much. Evening staff were snobby and not friendly but morning staff presumably the owners were very friendly. Construction material lying around the hotel so they are doing upgrades. Pool was empty. Amazing view from our room.

On the historic route 66 and 1 and a half hour driving from the Grand Canyon. Just slept over on the way to the Canyon. We had a very late (early) check-in, after midnight. We sent mail earlier during the day and got a reply very promptly. The lady at the check in was super nice. Another lady in the...

We were traveling through and just needed a place to stay for the night. For around $50 for one night, it was a good deal. The room was clean. No frills, but clean. The breakfast was cereal, small doughnuts, toast, coffee, juice and muffins. It was nothing fancy, but it came with the room and the price was right. This...

Very Good. The service of the staff has always been excellent. And the staff did above and beyond expectations. The cost was reasonable. It has been a good stay each time. And the handicapped rooms were always great for my wife.

Stopped here on a trip to Sedona. Hotel was good value for money, close to local shops, restaurants (approx 1mile from old town) clean room, bed was not great, breakfast was cereal, coffee and pastries. Staff were friendly, and parking was plentiful. Ok for one night stop over.

Being fair, it was 30 December, so I get that it might be considered a holiday, but demanding $167 (with tax) for a run down room was insulting. This property has all the tell tale signs of a property owner who is trying to squeeze profit while letting the maintenance slide. The floor wasn't carpet but vinyl and the base...
