Horrible, Dirty room, horrible customer service, no housekeeping, no supervisor on site. They told us to leave if we did not like the rooms, they will not fix the problem, clean the bathroom, it took over 2 hours for supervisor to come clean the bathroom
Watch out for extra charges on your card here. Upon check out the printer was not working and they never emailed me a receipt. I had to look at my bank account to see the extra day and a $50 dollar charge to my account. I was told that a late check out would be $25 per hour. Upon check out they told me I would be charged $70 extra. On my bank account I was charged $168 and $50. When I called to resolve the issue the front desk was extremely rude and had no resolution. My experience here made an amazing family trip not so amazing with the stress it added.
This hotel is terrible. The shower walls are dirty, The mirrors are dusty and dirty. The coffee machine was dusty. All the ac vents are dirty and dusty. Even the tray the complimentary toiletries are placed was dirty from where the soap sat from the previous guest. Even just to sleep while you're out trekking is not worth it. I will never stay at another Howard Johnson.
Got the 3 bed 1 pull out sofa bed with 3 of my friends. Had 700$ cash stolen out of the drawer next to my bed. Left to breakfast came back and it was gone. Asked the office and they claim no maids have been to the room which my bed had been made and the other beds in the room hadnt. I definitely dont make my bed when i stay at a hotel. We Had police show up and the 3 cameras that should be running at all times just so happen they cant pull up the footage of who visited the room. The managers first concern when she and the cop came to the room was that only two people were on the reservation for the room yet we all checked in when we did and nothing was said. There is some fishy stuff happening at the hotels here. PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU STAY HERE KEEP UR VALUABLES LOCKED IN UR CAR OR ON UR PERSON AT ALL TIMES. PS PROLLY SHOULDNT STAY HERE!!…
The room had empty beer cans under the nightstand and leftover pizza in the fridge. The bedsheets are old and disgusting. One little soap was given for three people. The management doesn't care. Avoid this hotel.
