We loved our stay the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff isn't OVERTLY friendly but they are professional. After all we are living in the covid age where people are trying to distance themselves and with so many in and oit travelers they did a great job. We were very happy.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms weren't anything special but they were clean and provided us a place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was clean and masks were used. Breakfast was not a hot breakfast because of covid but they did provide muffins and yogurt.
Worse hotel ever !!!! Do not stay here ! Really bad costume service. My boyfriend left his very expensive hat there & we called to see if their was a way they can ship it out to us since we live in Phoenix & the so call” Manager “ answered & just said yes That they were going to give us a call the next morning didn’t even bother to check or make sure they hat was there . Next day comes and she says that “theirs no hat & that it was our responsibility to not leave it there which I understand but she didn’t even bother to care or even try to see if they can find it ! Really rude and unprofessional!! The beds had stains on the sheets as well and blood on the chair ! We informed the front desk lady and now she’s saying there’s no documentation that we informed her !! 😡😡😡 don’t waste ur money here !…
This hotel has the worse customer service!!! Including the general manager Cindy... room was dirty bed sheets and couches has stains....beds were old and so uncomfortable!! We asked for more towels and toilet paper because we stayed there for 2 nights we never got any they were just ignoring all our requests so we had to buy toilet paper from the store... we notified manager and she is so rude and careless... corporate or owner need to have someone train their employees seriously and Cindy shouldn’t be there as a manager!! Well a manager at all because she is rude and never tried resolving the issue
This place is a joke!!! Never had a such a bad experience at a hotel like in this one, there was blood on the ottoman and a broken bed so I notified the front desk immediately, she never offered to change us rooms or anything she only said that they were going to clean it and they were going to send maintenance well none of those 2 happened the next day I talked to the same lady at the front desk telling her that and she says she was going to have a manager call me it ended up being worse she didn’t apologize she was being all sarcastic and took like a joke!!! Room was dirty old couch and beds had stain marks and ottoman with blood, rude staff, rude managers, I honestly felt discriminated by each one of the staff!!! No one cared and no one offered to help!!! There’s always a solution to everything but they instead were rude to me and family! how worse can it get? Smh 🤦♂️ Please don’t stay here…
