This hotel is in need of a renovation. They walls are paper thin and we could hear everything from the room next door. The room was clean and the hotel is located near the main drag in Flagstaff. It was fine for one night, but I’d look for other lodgings if staying longer than that.
The hotel checked someone else in to our room in the middle of the night and I was awakened by a woman standing at the foot of my bed screaming! No apology from the manager and not refund or reduction of our payment. In fact no contact at all from the manager when I demanded a refund for their mistake. To top it off the rooms are a dump! Dirty carpets that turn the bottoms of your feet black, no maid service that the blame on Covid, and torn frayed fabric on the soiled chairs. Basically the hotel is a dump.
Stains on sheet, cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor and a constant leak in the bathroom tub! Office personnel was friendly though! Juice and coffee provided throughout day which is nice but IMO there should be gloves to be worn before everyone goes through touching machines.
Avoid this place. Overpriced and although they claim they practice “sanitary methods” I would dread to know what it would be like if they did not! Another irate guest checking out at same time stated “It was not much better then a $50 an hour joint!” Use your imagination!
The room was dirty. I got in late at night and there were a group of guys in the parking lot smoking in their car. They were honking at me as I went up to my room. After that people were at my door knocking and trying to get in. Someone kept trying the adjoining room door also. I did report to staff and she checked, but it still continued. I’d never go back.
