Flagstaff was completely sold out and things were very limited which means you will be extorted id you try to stop in town without reservation. This motel charged us 130 for the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in. I checked out 4 hours ago, showered, and I still feel dirty from this room. I camp and road trip all the time but this motel is gross. SHEETS ARE NOT CHANGED BETWEEN GUESTS! Ours REEKED of old nicotine and were yellow/ sweat stained. Manager did bring new sheets which meant we had to change them and see disgusting stains on mattress. Whole room smelled bad and like nicotine despite it being sold as a non- smoking room.... im still having breathing problems from staying there last night. This review won't even matter cause most of their guests are people living in motel.... who I don't think are bad.... but this is not a motel for travelers expecting anything close to clean.…
DISGUSTING. The Health Department should check the place down on the basis of how dirty it is and dangerous to your health. The sheets had HAIR all over it. When the manager took me to another room, the sheets on the bed in the new room had HAIR all over it. The panel from the fan in the bathroom came off and almost hit my husband in the head. The electric outlet was hanging out of the wall. It smelled REALLY bad. It was disgustingly dirty, the floors had hair all over them, too.The rooms are tiny. INDESCRIBABLY horrible. ****DO NOT STAY HERE****
Made reservations same day online (5/20/17). Upon arrival, office had a notice in the window that read, sorry for the inconvenience, please check in at the convenience market behind you. Entered the store and asked if this was the place to register for the motel. It was. Checked in, got my key and headed to the room. Stayed in room 121. Parking was right outside the front door (parallel). Parking lot surface was good. Parking spaces were close together. The railroad tracks are right across US-66, so if you are bothered by this it may be hard to get a good night’s rest. Not a big deal for me. There is a restaurant and outdoor sporting goods store right across the street (US-66) and another restaurant (Mexican Food) right next to the motel, and of course a convenience store on property (not 24-hrs). The room was fairly clean, could have used a little more vacuum action around the door. The outlet the air conditioner was plugged into was loose and not secured into place. There was an access cover under the sink that was off. The bed was comfortable. The TV required you to manually turn on the unit, and then use the remote to change channels and control the volume. Furnishings were a bit dated, but nothing broken or missing. Opened the window a bit, no need for climate control. Had a good night’s sleep. I would probably stay there again.…
The bed was decent, the shower was hot. Heard the train going by, but the hotel is not near a crossing, so no whistle. At half the price of any other hotel in town, it was just fine for our overnight late evening arrival, early morning departure.
If you have to sleep in your car or RV you are better off. They will stab you in the back and smile about it. Paint peeling, shower floods onto floor. Very unprofessional when it comes to hospitality, they act as they you owe them something just to talk with them.
