My friends and I spent a night at this hotel. Not quite what I expected. It was fine for us, we’re spry for our ages. Our room was on the third floor, there was no elevator. The loft which housed the second bedroom had a...More
Quaint, Cozy and really friendly staff! We had the loft room with a spectacular view of the Harbor. Breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from and we looked forward to the fresh baked cookies every afternoon! Not sure why the review below complained about...More
I went to Newport for a three-night trip, and booked at the Harborside Inn after reading the reviews and looking at room photos. I paid extra for a "waterfront room." My room was one flight up from the ground floor, but the only way I...More

Hello, Emily! Yes, we do have availability for a three-night stay on the evenings of June 16, 17, 18. Our two-bedded options are a City View or Water View Suite. In either case, you would have 2 double beds (king or queen) and your own small, private balcony. The beds are in separate sleeping areas on two different levels - one bed on the main level and the other in a sleeping loft. City View Suites are larger, and the loft is accessed by carpeted stairs. In the Water View Suites, the loft is accessed by climbing a wooden ship's ladder. The Harborside does NOT have an elevator, unfortunately, and all our guestrooms are on the second or third floor. We are always happy to help carry luggage up the stairs, of course, if that helps. Please note that parking, continental breakfast, and wifi are included in all rates. If we can answer further questions or take a reservation for you, please don't hesitate to call us directly at 401-846-6600. A direct reservation is always best, because we can make sure you get exactly the right room for you! We hope to welcome you to Newport in June!
