Hospitality is defined as the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. Our visit to the spring seasons inn truly met this definition. Susan and Bill are two of the nicest and most hospitable innkeepers in Newport. Give this inn a try you will not be disappointed!!

We stayed at the Spring Seasons Inn in the Venetian suite. The Jacuzzi was large enough for two people and very enjoyable after walking around in the cold! Restaurants and the downtown area are just a block or two away. We were very happy we could park the car at the Inn and not fight for a parking spot in...

My husband and I have stayed at the Spring Seasons Inn several times over the last few years. The Inn is beautifully appointed and so comfortable! Christmas decorations adorned each room. Hosts Bill and Susan are the best! Friendly, informative and truly the epitome of Hospitality. Hot breakfast was delicious and Afternoon Tea with Susan's secret recipe scones was lovely!...

We couldn't have had a better stay. We had a big beautiful suite with a jacuzzi, on a charming old street an easy walk from restaurants and shops. There's convenient off street parking, too. Next time we're in Newport, we'll be staying at the Spring Seasons again.

Susan was an excellent host and a wonderful cook! We were greeted with warmth and provided all the amenities we needed and more. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Everything is a short walk, food, the wharfs, and the main shopping streets. We drove to the Cliff Walk and Mansions, but they are accessible by foot. We had such...

My wife and I spent 2 days in Newport and stayed in the Newport Suite, the third (top) floor at Spring Seasons. It is a light filled attic/loft with exposed wooden beams and brick fireplace stacks. No fireplace itself on this floor but a nice faux fire stove which came in handy at night to warm the room a bit...

We stayed at Spring Seasons Inn and Tea Room for a long holiday weekend with our friends. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the mansions. The room and breakfasts exceeded our expectations. Room was exceptionally large, quiet and comfortable. We also enjoyed tea one afternoon. We had the Newport Suite on the top floor- very large and nicely furnished, includes a living room area, bedroom area and a giant well-appointed bathroom with jacuzzi. King bed was very comfortable for us. The house is attractive and well-kept, just a very short stroll from all the restaurants, shops and wharf area. Bill and Susan were excellent hosts,...
