It's on the same street as most of the mansions & also close to downtown. There is off street parking directly behind the manor. We stayed in Rm 131 which surprisingly had 4 rooms: 2 bedrms, a livingrm/kitchen area, & a large bathrm with a jacuzzi tub. Our package included snacks, a bottle of wine (Yellowtail Pinor Grigio), & breakfast....

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at the Bellevue Manor. The manor reminded me of my favorite Aunt Peggy's house, charming, historic and friendly. The Manor's perfect location within walking distance to downtown Newport and across from the Viking was a plus! Modesto, the Innkeeper's assiatant was friendly, accomodating and helpful. The continental breakfast in the sunny morning...

We booked our room online thru another website. We liked the price and the charm of the Manor. The building is very old, built in the 1800s. The room was what we expected , old and a little small but comfortable for the agree of the building. The appointments in Room 113 were very nice and gave the room charm....

I was just here for a girls getaway as well as my birthday week specifically stayed at Bellevue mannor room 122. The location is perfect I've stayed in Newport many times from economy Hampton inn to ivy lodge b&b. This has been one of my favorite locations because -it was a very quiet street not like the busy downtown where...

Don't come here for the luxury, but if you want a nice front porch, a great little outside area to eat breakfast and a quaint room, it is nice. The price was more reasonable then many of the fancier places and we really enjoyed a warm summer night on the porch watching the people on Bellevue Street. They didn't make...

After reading many reviews, I decided to look past the negatives and reserve a room here for the 4th. I booked room 110 on their website directly and received a confirmation for a room I didn't book. I specifically reserved room 110 because it is on the first floor and I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and I...

This is one of three "Bellevue Inn" properties. The room was fine, each day though we had to ask for more towels. In the bathroom shower the cold was hot and the hot was cold. Would have been nice to be told that upfront. On two of the three mornings we stayed there the fire alarm went off. Why? They...

We stayed in room 117 and the room was period decorated with taste. The housekeepers are to be commented on the cleanliness of the room. We stayed two nights and the room was always immaculate. The only complaint we had was the breakfast. The same was served both mornings , French toast strata that could be done better, better to...

Bellevue Manor at 10 Bellevue Avenue is a converted Victorian three-story home. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite which was very comfortable, though rough around the edges in places but worth the money. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent for visiting Bellevue "cottages" and shops. We appreciated the easy access to our car. A light...

Staff and management were sassy and lots at attitude. Not the good kind either. Rooms were uncomfortable from the couches to the beds and air conditioning blew on your head while sleeping. Bathroom was tiny and tough to maneuver around. Breakfast was cold cereal and self serve white bread and strange pancakes.
