Really enjoyed our stay in Newport and at Beech Tree Inn. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a very comfortable king bed. The few Christmas decorations throughout the room made for a nice cozy atmosphere. Our room was in the cottage and the only issue we had was that the walls were a little thin. We were lucky...

Came to Newport for a weekend and was very pleased with this B&B. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Close to the mansions and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic. I'd definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect, and we are going back for a longer stay. The owner, Jim, was hospitable and very friendly. I love that he wore a ponytail and reminded me of a sailor, which was fitting for being near the shore. We got there quite early, and we were able to check in since our room was ready. The rooms...

A lot of fun stuff to do in Newport. We went to a about a restaurant about a half mile up the road. Then we went to a comedy show that is right next to the restaurant. The room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Comfortable room and wonderful hospitality. Much preferred over a hotel chain. Glad we chose it, and will stay again. It's a walk to the town centre but that should not put you off.

Inn was very clean with comfortable furnishings. Friendly staff created a home like setting. Each day you could choose your own custom, made to order breakfast, from a very comprehensive menu selection; no wasting of unwanted items or portions that were dictated by a fixed menu.

Good location, walking distance to center, house not very good isolated but guests mainly quiet. Newport is a great getaway not only in summer. Many activities, great restaurants, nice boutiques. Visit at least 1 mansion.

Beech Tree Inn was a perfect place for a romantic getaway before Thanksgiving with family. The jacuzzi and king size bed exceeded my expectations in luxury and comfort. The owners were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

This was our second stay, we were not disappointed. The jacuzzi was big enough for four people, so for two people there was plenty of room. Very relaxing. Breakfast was menu style, great western omelettes, french toast, home fries, bacon, sausage, yogurts, juices, coffee, etc. Haven't been this stuffed at breakfast in a B&B until Beech Tree Inn !!

Great place - clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. Go to breakfast early if you want a nice table for 2 or a more private setting. Most tables seat 6-8. Breakfast is great no matter what time you go. Would stay again. Room for pets, too!

“Only suggestion would to invest in a keurig for coffee and tea. Not a fan of instant coffee. Otherwise everything else was on point. You guys are off to a great start! Best of luck and much success!”
