    Without question you won't be disappointed staying here. Owners Anne and Derrick made us feel so at home....the food is wonderful and their home is immaculate. If you're headed to Newport, don't think twice.

    It's the same rate year-round for all the rooms. $279 per night, with a three-night minimum for festival weekends. Space is already limited at this time.
