We are currently at the TRH, we've stayed here on many occasions. The hotel is being maintained and cleaned in an entirely satisfactorily manner. In the past I have found the check in staff lacked a strong service attitude, but at the moment the desk service is outstanding.
While the restaurant is serving only breakfast and bar services are limited, it is far less crowded. I'm finding this stay just as relaxing as previous ones.
We suggest there is no reason to avoid staying here.
The Hotel was not run down or substandard. They just didn't have their act together in reservations. As mentioned to another reader previously, the Hotel was not on strike when I was there. I'm not sure I would stay there... More
The Hotel was not run down or substandard. They just didn't have their act together in reservations. As mentioned to another reader previously, the Hotel was not on strike when I was there. I'm not sure I would stay there if they are still out on strike and service is not up to par. Good luck!
