This was our 4th return to the Waikiki Banyan. We always book on line with Koko Resorts who are terrific to deal with. All you have to do is fill in the dates of your holiday and a list of condos available for that time are shown with pics. You get to choose the condo you prefer. Check in is... More

Visited this condo/resort complex after a ton of research. Found a one bedroom on the 30 floor with a view of Diamondhead from the lanai and a view of Waikiki Beach from the bedroom and breakfast nook. Lots of amenities (store, cafe, atm, pool, BBQ's, hot tubs and play area for children. Parking and wifi for modest fees. Located one... More

We rented through Koko resorts and got a 37th floor condo. Kitchen. Bath. Queen and single beds. And a pull out double bed. Four people. Tight fit, glad we didn't bring a 5th You are 2 blocks from the beach. Excellent location. We had a parking stall for free, so using as a home base with a rental car was... More

The hotel room was spacious and serviced when needed. Location is good, 5-10 min walk to the centre of Waikiki. However communicating with reception staff was complicated on multiple occasions. Hotel is outdated.

We have stayed here many times, very clean, extremely well stocked with everything you need on holiday and for the beach. A short 5 minutes to Kalakaua Ave and the beach, ABC stores, and all that Waikiki has to offer. Free parking and Wifi too.

We love the Waikiki Banyan, central to the beach and central Waikiki. The facilities are a little dated but the overall location, services and ammenities are great for what you need while on holiday . The pool and BBQ area is awesome and it's quite possible that you could stay most of your time out there. The beach is a... More

This 2-3 star hotel is tired and needs updating. However if you book a room through Koko Resorts on the 5th floor. You give up fresh sheets every day (which is an environmental downer) but save around $20.00 per day. The Koko Resorts rooms tend to be newer interior and wifi and Updated TVs. Koko resorts has a selection of... More

This was a excellent place to stay for families only a couple of blocks to the beach. The apartment was self contained with a full sized fridge and oven etc. The pool was good and there was a small playground for the younger ones. The only bad thing that I was not happy at all about was that I booked... More
