Paid $180 online which wasn't the best deal but still a bit better than the more familiar names in town. Nice staff at front desk who will hold your bags after check-out which was nice. However, was shocked to be billed $52 upon check-in for room cleaning services as if that is not included in a regular hotel booking. Combining...

The Waikiki Grand is a fantastic hotel, the staff is wonderful, Foxy Roxy makes your day, ice cold lemon water served in the lobby. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Great snorkeling is just across the road. Amazing views from the 10th floor and seating for your morning coffee. Secure room to put your luggage in if you have...

Not a typical hotel - it's more of a condo complex where many units are available as hotel rooms. We had a City View with Kitchenette. Room was very clean and modern. Only problem was that the refrigerator was not as cold as i like, but that was a minor issue. We may be a bit biased because we selected...

It's not the newest hotel but the location is fantastic and the staff make this place awesome. In particular Roxy at the front desk went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly for me. Friendly service all around.

This is NOT a new, luxurious Waikiki property. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay...."Foxy Roxy" is a great asset at the front desk, with a WINNING attitude and smile. Hula's Bar and Lei Stand on the second floor is a great watering hole, but be advised it's a gay bar, if that matters to you....view from the panoramic top...

The staff at this hotel were very helpful, we were disappointed with the room. The best part about this hotel is the view from the sun deck over the beach and the zoo. The first morning we could not work out how to operate the shower, you had to pull down the bath spout discharge. I have used a lot...

We stayed here for the majority of our honeymoon, friendly staff for the most part and a clean and tidy room, however, at three am at three minute intervals three nights in a row the smoke detected siren went off in everyone's room, no one seemed to know why, we didn't know weather to evacuate or stay put, I went...

The location was the only redeeming quality to our stay. Quick walk to the beach. The staff often had attitude and clearly did not want to be there. The room had so many things wrong with it I don't even know when to start. The door itself didn't close and lock properly in place, which resulted in the door jiggling...

What a shock and disappointment we had when checking into our room....looked more like student self-catering accommodation from the 1970's!! We expected a proper hotel but the room was dated, old wooden cupboard doors padlocked with owner's possessions inside, a broken bedside lamp fixed with sellotape, a dated bathroom suite, faded duvet cover, bulbs out in main light, a TV...
