Love this place! The service was great and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The food at Mahina and Suns was delicious and inexpensive compared to other restaurants in the area. Very satisfied with the service at the restaurant. Special thanks to Kenny at the front desk for his professionalism and assistance during our stay. Will be back soon!!

Couldn't have asked for more got the price. Service was great, rooms were lovely and the bed was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again in Honolulu. Location was great too and despite being right in the action of Waikiki it was quiet at night in the room.

Friendly staff in a well maintained facility. Construction behind and around could be noticed when truck backup beeps started early in the morning. The $25 per day add on fee with a $10 daily credit to be used or lost at the restaurant - was just an add on cost, as we did not feel that the menu was as...

Intensive research made me choose The Surfjack Hotel. Total chill, away from the busy shopping crowds but perfectly walkable to beach, restaurants, & luxury stores. Saying that, we ate at their hotel restaurant Mahina & Suns for Thanksgiving & a few times more for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Really good homemade style meals (ex. Pork adobo fried rice bowl, poke bowls). Live music...

We initially had reservation with another hotel but we had some problem after checking in (around 11pm) and decided to stay at another hotel, which was the surfjack hotel. Although it was past midnight, a front desk staff name Chris was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided a very clean and nice room. Also, other staffs were very friendly ad...

This hotel has been recently renovated. We were a group of 6 plus a baby, so we staid in a 3 bedroom suite. The style/theming of the decor is very nice - very beachy vibe. The staff are all very friendly, especially the valet guys. The location is excellent - you are minutes away from various shopping places, restaurants, and...

Aloha Laura, Mahalo for your review! It sounds like you stayed with us earlier this year when we opened as we were working out all our new hotel issues. But just in case, we appreciate the heads up so we can go thru all the power outlets to ensure they all work! I also am working with Mahina & Sun's...

The Surfjack is a beautifully designed hotel that made us feel comfortable and appreciated as soon as we pulled up. The retro-modern design invited us to relax in every area. The breakfasts are the best in Waikiki. Our room was beautifully designed. We decided to have our wedding at the Surfjack because of it's unique ambiance. Our guest absolutely loved...
