What was advertised was not what we got. Pictures did not represent the rooms shown. Very small room. Toilet and wifi did not work. One channel on the television. The only upside was that it was clean and had complementary coffee in the morning.

I stayed for a week with a friend and we were pleased with this hotel. It was clean, rooms were of a good standard and staff friendly. Biggest issue was the noise! We were on the 5th floor and our room was at the very end. This meant we had an extra window on the side which in fact wasn't...

Aloha Corrina0993, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your recent stay. While I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed our amazing central location and our friendly team, I do apologize for the loud racket of the early morning disposal service that you experienced. I am in constant communication with the trash removal company...

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I stayed on the 3rd floor and I recommend to the hotel to adjust the doors because they slam loudly. It gets very annoying. There will be some costs but its just something customers deserve. The free coffee down stairs is a good thing. I had encounters with other cleaning people and...

The Stay Hotel was a great place to stay. Not a fancy place but a perfect place. Wonderfully located and the people (Tiani and Maria) and all the others, working there are just awesome. Definitely will stay again. A real home away from home. Thank you all for your help and great service.

Stay Waikiki is perfect for those of us travelers that don't plan to lounge in our rooms all day. And why would you do that, we are in Honolulu. Firstly the staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The lobby has free coffee (good coffee too) and there were also water toys to take to the beach, boogie boards etc... free...

Aloha Char783. Many thanks for your fair and candid review. You are absolutely right that our modest hotel, which is close to all the best parts of Waikiki, is a solid respite for your daily island adventures. Far from being a luxury resort, we can surely boast five-star service, which as you've experienced, can easily highlight any hotel stay. I...

Firstly I want to say that the staff were great, very friendly & helpful. The location is good, if you want to be close to Waikiki Beach. Thats where the positives stop. Its more like a motel not a hotel charging 4 star rates. The rooms are small & horrible. The windows are slats, so its sounds like your sleeping...

The title is the only positive thing I can say about this property. The picture on the site are not pictures of this property.
