Detailed Reviews
I was excited to stay at this new hotel, and the front desk staff were indeed friendly and helpful. However, the positives ended there.
The water pressure was so poor it was almost unusable, forcing us to fetch water from designated floors. Despite the mild weather outside (70s-80s), the room struggled to keep cool, never dropping below 75 degrees during the day.
In-room dining was supposed to be a convenience, but it closed at 10 PM, which is early for a hotel of this caliber. The kitchen was another letdown; breakfast was a disaster. We allocated an hour for breakfast but ended up not eating because of the long wait due to the kitchen being backed up.
Minor annoyances included a non-functional bidet, a clogged sink on arrival, and having to request basic amenities like slippers and toiletries. There were no complimentary water bottles, which is disappointing. Also, housekeeping left their service cart in the hallway, which seemed like a potential fire hazard.
Overall, the stay was quite disappointing considering the expectations set by the hotel's newness and the brand reputation. Would not recommend for those seeking a hassle-free experience.
