Everything is perfect in this property just a few walks to the beach with shopping just in the area, very convenient for everything. Would come back to this hotel again and again. Breakfast was so good and most importantly the service here is excellent everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Beautiful room, close to beach and restaurants. The concierge were all fantastic. Great valet and biggest teams. Hotel ran like a top, with a huge amount of guests. Happy hour, was great with live music at the pool. ABC store across the street had anything you may need.
the Embassy Suite provided my friends and I with an incredible stay. The location of the hotel was great - it was a quick walk to many restaurants, bars, shops and much more. Close to the beach as well. The staff was amazing and very friendly and responsive. I was pleasantly surprised by the communication of the staff, they checked in on me and my friends to see if we needed any recommendations or anything to improve our stay. Would absolutely stay here again - 5 stars!
Our family’s first time in Waikiki. Location: Not exactly beach front but yet, you can still have a glimpse of the ocean if you happen to get a room with an “ocean view”. We had an “ocean view” which is good enough. Location suites me as I’m a surfer. Surf board rentals at Big Wave Dave’s so it’s very handy as I get to keep my rental board. They provide locker for storage. Pretty central to everything and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Rooms: Big room, extra bed (sofa bed) was provided for our children. Room is cleaned every other day. Our designated floor housekeeper (she’s a filipina) is very good at detailing and always keep our room clean. Bring your important toiletries like toothbrushes as they are not provided in the amenities. Noise is blocked from the outside so it’s very good. Nothing exciting about the decor. Unlike those luxury hotels and accomodation that we have stayed in Asia. FOOD: Happy hour is provided, complimentary drinks at the bar. Free snacks provided. Breakfast is a meh for us. Nothing exciting. VALUE FOR MONEY: Prepare to spend a lot of money when you’re in Waikiki as it’s not cheap here. With the amount we pay for the accomodation, overall verdict is not really worth it. I guess, you only pay much because it’s near the beach and that’s about it. Inflation is really felt everywhere. Expect payingextra “resort fee” in your bill. Overall experience in Waikiki, is still good enough. We’re from Australia, Gold Coast and we have the best beaches. And it’s free. But yet, it’s still a memorable aloha experience.…
We are world travelers and I don’t usually write reviews. This hotel deserves one. Our stay was outstanding in every way. We had an ocean view suite on the pool side in the Hula Tower. Even a pool view in the hula Tower would have been great. The location is a big plus as on the north end of the craziness of Waikiki Beach and a bit quieter. Our favorite Fort DeRussy Beach just steps away. I would never consider another hotel in Honolulu- only Hilton Embassy Suites.
I have stayed at many Embassy Suites hotels and I must say this is one of thee best Embassy Suites! The room was awesome for my family of 6. The breakfast is HELLA good and their happy hour is dabomb.com!!!! Staff was super nice and friendly and the hotels location is surrounded by many shopping/restaurant options as well as the beach. Not super close to the airport, but it’s totally fine. Loved our stay!
What a great decision we made staying at the Embassy Suites Waikiki. This hotel is a well-oiled machine that sets an unmatched standard for other hotels to follow! Why do I say this? Well, it's the employees who make all the difference in the world when it comes to providing great customer service from check-in to check-out! Some of those folks that made a difference during our stay were Erick, Shelton at the reception desk providing us with a great and professional service when checking in and checking out; Chung our housekeeper who was always friendly, helpful and funny. Then there was Maile and Nealo during our evening reception. What great ambassadors for this wonderful hotel! These are just a few of the folks that stood out during our stay. Also, I want to give a big thank you and shout out to Kaiana Lee for her wonderful and timely email communication prior to our arrival. Our suite assignment was wonderful and we really appreciated your personal touch in helping make this happen. You are truly a great role model for the Embassy Suites Waikiki. The attitude with every employee that touched our lives while there is a true reflection of the outstanding leadership at the top! Mr. Miranda should be very proud to know that his leadership is making a tremendous impression for all his employees and we loved that everyone on the staff always had a smile on their face when doing their daily jobs. Thank you again to all the members of the Embassy Suites Staff for making our stay a memorable one. We will see you again vey soon. Mahalo! Mr. and Mrs. Tompkins…
We loved being adjacent to the newly developed Waikiki Beach Walk and across the street from the Royal Hawaiian Center. It gave us easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants without being located on the busy Kalakaua Avenue. The suite-style hotel is a practical choice for families and I appreciated Sue at the front desk for working with me on room upgrade options. She found one that was a good balance between our budget and preferences and it suited us perfectly.
Embassy Suites is a good, affordable option for first-time visitors to Waikiki. Service from all staff was excellent from reception to housekeeping & food service. We had a 2 bedroom partial ocean view which was an excellent size for our family of 4 with a 13 & 15 year old. They each had their own queen bed in the 2nd bedroom & their own bathroom which is part of the reason we chose this hotel. Nice & spacious for our family. The location was great. Only a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants & shops nearby. There are a couple of things that let the hotel down. The included buffet breakfast is very average. After trying it a couple of times we ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. The food was bland and tasteless. The evening reception with free drinks was ok. Again, the cocktails were average. The pool is a good size but can get noisy with lots of young kids. The spa next to the pool was being repaired the whole 7 days we were there. I would recommend Embassy Suites to families with young or teenage children who are visiting Waikiki for the first time. I would not recommend to couples looking for a quiet getaway.…
Enjoy stay! The suite was clean & spacious, balcony was nice, staff was very friendly, breakfast was very enjoyable & plentiful, and the evening cocktail drinks were better than any restaurant or venues I booked!! Location was convenient.
