We booked through the independent company airpads which owns condos at Ala Moana. We were duped in booking a deluxe suite with an ocean view for 4 adults and what we got was a studio room with enough space for two adults. It had a queen bed and a small half twin size chair pull out. There was a kitchenette,...

First of all, thank you for selecting the Ala Moana Hotel Condominium for your recent stay in Honolulu. Being a hotel condominium, management structure is very unique. Although the hotel rental program manages the majority of units in the building, a handful of unit owners prefer to self-manage or contract outside property management companies such as Luxury Suites International, AirPads...

Great location - next to the shopping center with a Starbucks at the lobby. I sytayed at an AIR bnb unit which had a microwave - fridge and a spacious double bed. Was here for the Honolulu Marathon - which is a walking distance to the start and finish.

We always stay here when we come to Honolulu. They have recently added a starbucks to the lobby, which makes it convenient for coffee as you are leaving for your day. This hotel is directly opposite the Ala Moana shopping centre. It is connected via a bridge and you can walk across without too much traffic. Please keep in mind...

We have been staying here for 2 weeks now out of our month long vacation. We rented a condo here which is basically one of their 225 sq ft rooms. This hotel does not have much 'going for it' other than the fact that its connected to the shopping mall. We have come and gone a minimum of 3 times...

Staying here fo christmas New Year. Great staff, very helpful Clean room, cumfortable bed. Only bad thing is the noise in the room. Can hear the folks in the rooms both sides of us. Plumbing noise is not good, as well as the noise from the street. Our room has a great view of a car park and construction site.

We did a short stopover in Honolulu and selected Ala Moana rather than an airport hotel. It was a great choice as Ala Moana offers large well furnished rooms which are Hawaiin Contemporary in design and its great value. The Hotel is attached to the newly expanded and huge Ala Moana Shopping Centre which allowed us to do some Christmas...

My partner and I were there for both a business trip and vacation. We were there for five days. I am not sure if I would stay there again. However , it was good for what it was. We were up on the 11th floor and the view of the mountains was nice. However , there was an alley down...

Mahalo for allowing us to host you. We apologize for the incident which occurred two blocks from the hotel. The hotel room was very comfortable and convenient to the Ala Moana mall. I especially appreciated the lobby elevator to parking garage. Parking is about $20 for self park and $25 for valet. The check in and check out process line can be long if you arrive during rush times, otherwise the process is smooth.

This hotel is for people who want to stay close to Waikiki and shopping (Ala Moana Center) but don't want the hustle of Waikiki. Rooms are a bit small but clean and with a tv with lots of stations.
