We stayed on the 6th floor in a 1 bedroom condo (room 606) booked through Outrigger (not Castle). Apartment was very clean, well furnished & recently renovated. View from large balcony was great. Internet free in room if take your own laptop. Spacious layout was fine for myself, husband & 14 year old, but I would not stay there with...

We stayed at other Outrigger properties and had a very pleasant experience. Right from the time we checked into Waikiki Shores, it was nothing but trouble. Had to wait for ~30min before someone from Outrigger came down to check us in. Our car didn't fit into the parking space and hence we were asked to park in Regency and walk...

After reading all the reviews I thought I was prepared for an outdated expensive apartment, however nothing could prepare me for the Waikiki Shores. Very outdated with verticle blinds that do not turn day into night. If you are looking for a sleep in, then do not stay here. There is little insulation and you can hear everything from the...

We stayed here for 10 days in Feb/March, and absolutely LOVED it!! Had a 1 bedroom deluxe oceanview room, with a kitchenette. The room was slightley dated, but nothing to be concerned about.....being able to make my own coffee every morning made up for that!! Be sure to book with Outrigger so you can have acess to pool, etc.Be aware...

We loved the location right on the beach. We stayed in a studio room and had a beautiful view of the ocean and Waikiki Beach from our lanai. When you walk out your front door you can see the south side of Waikiki and Diamond Head. The building and furniture are a little dated, but we didn't spend a lot...

Bathroom plumbing leaks, Fix attempted but not completed. We booked through Outrigger Condos.com. We had access to pool, beach towels and gym at the Outrigger Reef nextdoor. Our studio room was on 8th floor with excellent ocean/beach/park views. Staff cleaned room and made sure we had supply of soaps, towels etc. daily. Outrigger Reef allowed us to store and have...

We stayed here (Waikiki Shores-Outrigger) for a week and have nothing but great things to say about it. Wonderful location .... right on the beach. Very quiet. Fabulous views. To our surprise, when we arrived we were told that we were upgraded from an oceanview to an oceanfront condo and the views were breathtaking. Lots of space to sit out...

Stayed at a 14th floor condo with our family (two small children). You can't beat the location - it is right on the beach (a rarity in Waikiki), but the building is a bit outdated, as is much of Waikiki. You wouldn't notice except for the fact that there is a brand spankin new and shiny Trump tower right next...

My wife and I spent our honeymoon, (9 nights) at the Castle Shore Waikiki and we could not have been happier with our decision! About a week before we went to Hawaii, I called the hotel to make a few requests. Mark, on duty at the front desk, was a bit eccentric on the phone, but very happy to accomidate....

The best thing about this Condo hotel is the location, right on the beach, and along side Ft. Derussy Park. It's very quiet -- no street noise -- and has great views of the park and ocean. Some of the units face the ocean directly, but my unit faced the park, though I still had a nice view of the...
