Had a one night stay between flights and stayed at this hotel hoping to save the cost of a taxi/uber from a downtown or beach hotel.
The rooms are dated and need of refurbishment, but serve their purpose.
Beds are reasonably comfortable, the air conditioning has a soothing rattle that slightly dims out the freeway noise until the clunk when it stops. There is limited water pressure in the shower but the temperature is hot. Not sure what the go is with the shower over the half bath. Doesn’t seem to serve a purpose other than create a hazard trying to get in and out of it.
Lunch with two drinks cost around $US100, it was nice for what it was, but expensive. Had snacks from the shop for dinner as a result. Service was good which may have been due to being the only people there at the time.
Breakfast was included but choices were extremely limited and portion sizes non existant compared to the ‘regular’ menu. Options such as juice costs extra.
We couldn’t seem to be able redeem the drink vouchers that were given to us. First because they could only be used in one restaurant not the other and then only for particular beverages - all too hard in the end so completely pointless.
There is an additional resort fee for things that are usually included in other hotels such as wifi and a pool. The ‘courtesy’ shuttle to the terminal is included in the resort fee, but only runs on the hour between certain times and then you are expected to pay a gratuity to the driver on top of the fee. How many times can you be charged for the same thing!
Convenient place to stay between flights given the proximity to the airport, but way over priced for what it is and the added extras aren’t justifiable in my opinion. Would try somewhere else next time or not bother and take a different flight or route to avoid the overlay.

We stayed here to make an early morning flight easy. The hotel offers an airport shuttle both ways and with the amount of luggage we had this saved quite a bit in ubers. The hotel itself is really quite old. Very basic hotel rooms with noisy aircons etc. The food we ordered that night was very average and the service there was terrible. The beds were old but soft and we slept OK. I would only stay here if you needed to be near the airport, which worked for us.

Clean room and comfortable baed. Convenient for the proximity to the airport and the free transfer. But note that the transfer is only once per hour and this hotel is not the first pick up for the airport (this service is done by outside transfer company). When we got on for the 9am transfer, there were no seats left and barely any space for luggage. It was a tight and unsafe raide to the airport for the 12 of us who boarded at our hotel. There is a most unpleasant receptionist who never even looked up from her computer checking us in, and charged us USD37 for "amenity fee". This is our 2nd stay in a year and this was not done before. For what is this fee?! It was a blatant forced tip for the hotel as a whole as far as we can fathom. We will not return.

We reserved a room in advance. The price on the hotel website was
$137.40 plus taxes: 17.962% (10.25% Hawaii TAT, 3% Oahu TAT, 4.712% GET) However beware. They advertise Free Wifi and Complimentary Airport Shuttle on the website. But on checki-n I was charged an additional $29.49 ($25+tax) "Resort/Amenities" charge for the Wifi and Shuttle. This felt like a rip-off.

The hotel was convenient, for a one night stay on the island just to see Pearl Harbor. The staff was friendly and the hotel offered all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated that they stored our luggage for free while we visited Pearl Harbor. GHOST HUNTERS - request rooms 250/252. These are adjoining rooms. Our family (even the non believers) experienced multiple paranormal events. I always wondered what it may be like to stay in a haunted hotel-now I can check that off my bucket list. 😬

This hotel is convenient to the airport. We stayed here both coming and going from the mainland to Hilo. The shuttle is not reliable as it is shared with another property. It’s small and can fill up. They leave once per hour, but if full from the other property, you may wait. We waited 30 minutes coming and going the first time. As the major selling point for an otherwise tired and unremarkable motel is airport convenience, and they charge an amenity fee that includes the shuttle, I’d say this was really not okay. The guys charge $1/bag but fairly threw mine and it would have rolled off the sidewalk if I hadn’t caught it. The clerk as much as told me that even though the come-on price is listed, there really aren’t rooms that cheap. Hmmmm.

Room was adequate. However beware. They advertise Free Wifi and Complimentary Airport Shuttle on the website. But very sneakily, despite being told at checkout nothing is owing the next day you will see an $US11 plus taxes charge on your Credit card. When I queried this I was told it was a "Resort/Amenities" charge for the Wifi and Shuttle. If I'd known that I would not have provided such a generous tip to the Shuttle driver. I've been a regular at this hotel until now but have instructed my Travel Agent to find another hotel in future. For the amount I paid for them to add another charge is insulting and a rip off.

Our purpose for visiting Oahu was to see Pearl Harbor, so convenience at a fair price was the priority for our stay. The free hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport after we called on a courtesy phone across from the baggage claim area, and we were at the hotel within five minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and basic, with a comfortable bed. Several restaurants are within a five-minute walk; breakfast at the IHOP and dinners at two others were good. We caught a bus to Pearl Harbor at a bus stop within an easy five-minute walk from the hotel ($3 one way, exact change needed, no credit cards) and took the bus back to the hotel at the end of the day, then enjoyed a nice happy hour at the hotel.
A side note . . . We tried to make a reservation for boat tickets to the Arizona Memorial because we forgot to do that a month ahead. Reservations for some additional tickets open online at 3:00 the day before. We fumbled our password and by 3:06 the additional reservations were sold out. You can go to the “stand-by” line on the day of the visit. We were there early and only waited five minutes before being told we’d be able to get on the next boat. This may not work at other times but it is an option.

You should contact your hotel for check-in time. Try to work something out with the manager.
No real easy way to get to Waikiki. Uber is around $30.

Sorry for the delayed response as I was on vacation. However to answer your question, we do have a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. Upon arrival and after you have you have claimed your luggage, please call us at (808) 836-0661. Our staff will then advise you where to go to be picked up.
Our restaurant, Willoughby's is open Tuesday-Thursday for dinner from 5:00-9:00pm. It is also open for breakfast 7 days a week from 6:30am-10:00am.
