Room on 17th floor excellent with express elevator. Room clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit! Good housekeeping and friendly helpful staff. Stayed for 10 days from 12 to 21 February 2017. Short walk to the beach, close to international marketplace and all the shops. Farmers market Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Kings Village...

We have stayed in this well located, value for money hotel many times. It never fails to live up to the promise of cleanliness and abundant goodwill from all of the staff. It is located a short stroll from the beach and all major attractions on Waikiki. Unbeatable location and value along with the very friendly personable staff.

My wife and I spent nine nights in February 2017 and enjoyed the experience. It is a well located hotel, just one block off the beach and close to everything in Waikiki. Right from when we checked in the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had an early flight into Honolulu and were able to check in at 10.00am...

Good morning and thank you We are thrilled the value proposition suited your travel needs on this occasion. I very much appreciate you highlighting the service delivery of Elvie; I'll be sure to pass on your sentiment. We recognize nine nights in the small room is not ideal - perhaps we can allocate you into one with a kitchenette on...

We were here for 1 week and I cant start to tell you the value for money was excellent! The location was the best. The rental car place right across the street, King Court Ramen (awesome) and the free Pink Bus was convenient too. If you're going with family this is the place.

We stayed at Ohana East Waikiki hotel in January with our family (2 teenagers), and it was great. The location was ideal, close to everything you need and the main precinct. We had a large room with a kitchenette on the 18th floor which was quiet, with a partial ocean view. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely would consider staying here...

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. Our room was clean every day and in perfect condition. Staff members were friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, as there are many other restaurants around the hotel, and we preferred to go to these places instead. You can walk for less than 5 minutes and reach...

Thanks for the recommendation Karla, Can’t add much more to that except perhaps where I got to get a fabulous flat white coffee every morning - International Market Place is located on the 50 yard line of the Waikiki tourist district with direct access and frontage on Kalakaua Avenue and Kuhio Avenue; for those returning to Honolulu you rest assured...

The staff were very friendly. We stayed 7 nights in room 1718 the room was big. Two Queen size bed's for me & my girlfriend. The cleaning lady was fantastic. The balcony was small but had views of the beach and mountains was just beautiful. Would stay there again.

I've stayed at this hotel before and their staff was great. This trip, my room didn't have hot water on the first day, so I had to call down for someone to come up and adjust that. Why wouldn't every room have hot water? A fax that was sent to me was never received by me before I left, one...

Good afternoon My apologies for dropping the ball. With so many long service hosts on our reception, as with our bellman, they are usually spot on with the service delivery – I am sorry for the runaround and any inconvenience caused. We have all reviewed and discussed and look forward to seeing you again and the return of the standards...

Spent 1 night at the Ohana East and found the staff helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities. The bathroom was tight and it was a convenient location. The rooms were a bit dated, but no worse than other similar hotels. While the rest of the hotel had a good feel to it. It is...
