We stayed in Queen Kapiolani during our trip in June for 5 nights. The hotel is located only 5 minutes walk from quieter part of Waikiki and many shops and restaurants which we found brilliant. We have booked our stay here because it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area. It had a really lovely terrace with swimming...

Dear Guest, We are glad you enjoyed our excellent location in Waikiki and found it convenient for many of the activities you participated in. It's great to hear that you found our staff helpful during your visit. This is the level of service that we strive for at Hyatt Place. It is unfortunate to hear about your challenges with sleep...

I chose a Mountain View and stayed on the 7th floor. Outstanding, breathtaking view from which you also have ocean glimpses. As it's located on the very western edge of Waikiki your outlook is not of another building but of the greenery of the Hawaii Zoo capped by Diamond Head. The property is a little tired but exceptionally clean. Quiet...

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, it is expensive, but as we were on our honeymoon we wanted something nice. The room was very uncharming, though we had ocean view which was nice, but there was red spots on the wall, pink nail polish on the phone and bedside table. Long black hair in the rolled towels in...

So this will be my first review ever! But since I'm at the airport doing nothing I figured while everything is fresh in my head I would join in with everyone else on rating my stay at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel. Location: The hotel was easy to find as it's just across the street of the Honolulu Zoo. It took...

This is by far one of the worst hotels ever!!! The staff could care less!! We arrived for a 10 night stay. We choose this hotel for a couple of reasons, it's location, air condition rooms, suite with an ocean view to name a few. The room was dirty and old. The view of the ocean was tiny-----and we were...

A very convenient hotel for walking anywhere along the beachfront in Waikiki. Rather old and dated, with barely a glimpse of the ocean from our room, it was but 5 minutes from the really lovely and safe enclosed swimming beach on the end of Waikiki beach ( the Diamond Head end). This hotel wasn't expensive, was clean and the staff...

It's an older style hotel but well maintained and great value, friendly staff, fantastic location, comfortable rooms with amazing views.
