No, we stayed on the side facing the mountains and our room did not have a balcony. instead it overlooked a construction site which was pretty lots first thing in the morning. The location is great but to me it's not worth staying there. This was our third stay at this hotel as we thought we would give out a chance to get better. Unfortunately it didn't. We crossed this place off our list forever even if we had a free stay.

Their renovations are advertised as going through until Spring 2018. However we stayed at another hotel this spring where renovations were supposed to be completed by the time we stayed and they were only part way through. I'd say it's a good bet they won't be finished, but it depends on how disruptive the renos are to your stay. I would check with the hotel on that.
