We stayed at the waikiki Sand hotel in August 2016. The hotel is in a good position easy to get a bus to the main shopping mall Ala Moana. And also close to the beach and food. The pool at the hotel is big and a lovely area. The hotel itself is basic. The breakfast buffet is awful. Not worth...

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We appreciate the positive feedback and the constructive criticism. I hope if any of our guests have issues with noise from their neighbors they immediately call the front desk to assist. Concerning the outside noise it would be hard to control but we could look into sound proofing our rooms...

We where there for a week in early September. Rooms have two beds in it - around 140 cm each. The staff clean very well each day. The hotel is a little dated but the staff is friendly and good. We had breakfast ones - did not do that again. Rented a car in the lobby - worked good -...

A reasonably priced hotel with the amenities of a much more expensive property. Starting with the very friendly staff,I was impressed with their professionalism and attention that they gave me during my stay. The hotel has a very beautiful courtyard with lounge chairs and patio tables surrounding a nice size pool and a jacuzzi. There is also a wine bar...

I stayed here for six nights recently. The room was clean the bed comfortable the air conditioning was good and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The morning I had breakfast here it was good. Sure the decor is a bit old but it is good value

I travelled August 2016 with my partner as students, staying for five nights. The Waikiki Sand Villa Hotel never fell short of being clean, tidy and well-presented whether it was our room, or the pool, or other facilities. The staff were universally friendly and helpful, happy to have a chat about the weather or provide accurate advice about attractions, or...

Not the best place to stay for long time ...the breakfast was bad and pool was overcrowded .It is an old hotel maybe from 70's but the price was much lower than other hotels in Waiki beachfront...Don't expect a big luxury hotel.

When I booked a trip to Honolulu, I was quite excited until I started checking accommodation options and the expense of hotels, especially in and around Waikiki. However eventually after much searching, I found a pretty good deal at Waikiki Sand Villa Hotel. My flight arrived very early in the morning so by the time I arrived at the hotel...

We stayed here for 3 nights after our cruise. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. All bus stops close too Rooms are dated but comfortable. Sometimes they were a little noisy early hours due to sirens and rubbish trucks etc. We had to wait a bit late in the day for our...

Spent four nights here on a recent trip to Hawaii. Booked direct through the hotel website, which entitled us to a free pick up and drop off airport shuttle which was on time and great, and also free breakfast for the two of us for the entire stay. The hotel was already great value for money and those added extras...

Surprisingly the restaurant in the hotel has really good meals with decent pricing. The location is very close to the beach, walkable distance. The rooms has balconies with OK river view. There is a small booth where you can book tours, very convenient. The hotel has a lot of tour bus tourists staying, which makes it a very busy hotel....
