Great stay! Room was spacious as was the bathroom, and we loved the fire pit space outside as well as indoor pool. The location right off of the interstate with good food options was very nice too. Close to downtown Vicksburg as well. Would stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checkin and checking out was easy. The room was very nice. The bed and the sofa was was comfortable. The only negative was that the bathroom floor was not cleaned well. There was hair all over the floor like it hadn’t been cleaned but the tub and toilets was clean.

Not sure what was going on during our stay because the previous reviews were pretty good. Cleanliness—the room was very dusty. Visible 1/2 inch dust on light fixtures, TV and some surfaces. Linens were clean. Bathroom visibly clean. My glasses fell off the nightstand and when I reached to get them I found old dried French fried under the bed and between the bed and nightstand. Staff—inattentive and borderline rude on check-in. Not welcomed as reward members and not offered any water or a snack. Staff seemed overwhelmed and poorly trained. Our in-room coffee service only had decaf coffee. When asked about it we were given more decaf. Our room keys were only keyed for one night instead of two. Coming in after a long work day, we had to go back down to get new keys. Bistro: we skipped it because the lines were long and service was very slow. Overall- something is off here. This is not our first stay at this property. It’s our first bad experience. Very possibly our last stay here.…

The hotel was quite and pleasant. Plenty of parking , staff was friendly. I would definitely return for future stays. The bistro was decorated and comfortable setting. Love the TVs in the booth’s. Rooms was clean and plenty of streaming on TVs

The pet policy needs to be better defined. We have a small dog (20 lbs) who is always crated when we stay in a room. The app does not say anyplace the hotel is not pet friendly. If not for a manager who was willing to listen to our car issues which had impacted our trip we would have been forced to find another hotel.

Meets Marriott standards.Not many outlets for electronic devices. The beds were quite comfortable. There is ample parking. The room is very quiet. There isn’t a lot of light shinning into the room from outside lights.

The hotel receptionists and staff were excellent. Room was fine too. However, our bathtub-based shower was very slippery and dangerous. Shower at your own risk! Otherwise this hotel provides excellent access to the National park.
