We stayed in the Brahm's room for an early Valentine's Day celebration and had a wonderful time and enjoyed the cozy room. The location is right near Music Hall and Washington Park, and a quick walk to the wonderful Vine Street restaurants. After dinner we returned to appreciate the live jazz with a great dessert and drinks. The decor in... More

Charming hotel and restaurant! The staff is top notch and the chef, who concentrates on healthy eating, makes eating well delicious. I am looking forward to my next visit! Each room is dedicated to a particular artist...Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms. We stayed in the Beech room. Our room was so fascinating and unique. The decor throughout the hotel was breathtaking. The... This is a gorgeous restaurant with authentic historic flare. The food was good, the service good. The desert, drinks and bar and entertainment after the Symphony was a must do. The small, intimate bar lounge is a treasure find. So glad we experienced this place!

Our stay started with a very warm welcome by the manager, Colleen, who gave us the hotel tour, and a wonderful recommendation of wine for our dinner. Highlights of our stay included excellent dining room service by Trey, very attentive bar service by Thomas, and a delicious Saturday breakfast by Josh. When we returned from the theater Saturday night, Colleen... More

This is a historic B+B near the symphony hall in an rejuvenating neighborhood on the edge of downtown. The rooms are quite lush with musical decor. There was Mozart playing on the phonograph as I entered the room. Lots of fun antiques. Bed, shower, breakfast, heat - all good. I could open the window, which is a plus. There is... More

This is a quirky hotel with a lot of personality. We've stayed in the Brahms room and most recently in the Beach room, and both were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We love the music theme of the hotel, the nice dining room, and the great location right across the street from Music Hall (a block away from some outstanding... More

Stayed here for my wife's birthday. Had a great time. Room was very clean. There was a deck with a fireplace made for a great end to the evening. Room came with a free breakfast in the morning which was excellent.

The food is very good and the pumpkin soup is great for a fall night. There is a nice and reasonably priced wine selection. Four options are available for main course selections. Dessert has three choices and all were good the night we were there. I enjoyed the honey custard pie.

Our historic dining room is a perfect back drop for Chef Jeff's cuisine. We call our menu "New American", very health oriented. . . cream-less soup, micro greens, wild fish, free range chicken . . . the chocolate, butter and cream are where they should be in the perfect size dessert and definitely worth every calorie. Our kitchen is without... More
