Beautiful hotel with great service. Rooms were old and dated, everything was crazy expensive (room service breakfast, 1 pot of coffee and 1 breakfast plate $24, after taxes, delivery and service fees?!? it was $35 and then you were expected to tip!) bathrooms were really

My husband and I wanted a few days away so and wanted to go to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. We decided to stay in Cincinnati and wanted a unique place to stay, so we chose the Netherland Plaza. Almost immediately upon walking into the building after parking in

Overall nice hotel. Somewhat complicated to find your way from the hotel parking garage to the front desk for check in. Room service food was of poor quality. Rooms could use maintenance and updating on furnishing.

Our room on the 25th Floor.
The pool is very nice and there is a hot tub. It’s on the lower level and part of a fitness club that Hilton shares. You have to sign in and out but you are welcome to use it and they have towels. It’s a little odd having to share it but there was only a handful of other people in the pool when we went. I’d say 4 others at the most and they were all hotel guests.

Consider using Mabley Place Garage. It is directly linked with the hotel $17/24h. Entrace at the corner of the Carew Tower building: 410 Race St or 28 West 4th St

The hotel valet parking has a height restriction of 6'6". The attached Mabley Place Garage has a height restriction of 6'8". The 84.51 Garage across the street has a height restriction of 7'4". You can enter the 84.51 garage on 5th Street between Elm and Race. You can bill valet parking and Mabley Place parking to the hotel room. If you park in 84.51 Garage, you pay at the garage.

Do you have dancing on Saturday nights?
Hello Jimmie, There is live music on Saturday nights in the Bar at Palm Court. It is typically a Jazz combo of some sort, and dancing is always welcome!
