My wife and I stayed here 2 nights for her birthday and our anniversary. We have stayed at The Cincinnatian several times in the past few years. The hotel is classy, quiet, and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated over the holidays. We have always found the service to be excellent from everyone. The location is very convenient--walking distance to Fountain...

The hotel itself is wonderful. Great rooms, fantastic bed (and bath). Wifi is not great but works throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast is not included and very expensive. Waiters during breakfast were not very helpful and a little bit grumpy. Overall the stay was good, would definitely go back.

Stayed for 6 nights on a recent business trip. Expected something special based on the write up and pictures, but although I had absolutely no problems or complaints it didn't quite live up to the expectation. For my business trip it was a great location and handy for plenty of bars and restaurants too. The public areas were pleasant but...

The Cincinnatian was a beautiful, old hotel. The room was tiled, which I liked better than carpet. You just never know what's on that carpet! It has been upgraded, while keeping the charm. The only thing that we didn't like about our room was that even being on the 5th floor, we heard a lot of street noise - like...

We spent this Thanksgiving in Cincinnati and were holed up here in this hotel. First the good things : Great location, friendly valets, good ambience as you enter through the front doors, clean rooms, the balcony that faces the inside and the fact that this is a historic one built back in the 19th century ...What was not so great...

I am highly disgusted and disappointed in the Cincinnatian Hotel. After finding BED BUGS crawling on the sheets the morning of check out, we phoned the staff who then came up to the top floor suite we were staying in. They immediately started ripping items off the bed searching for more as we were standing in the room. Not one...

We spent a night at this hotel and found it very nice and very clean. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. This hotel is locally owned and recently remodeled. The mantles and all the Christmas decorations were very beautiful. We didn't hear any alarms going off as one previous had said. Our room was very spacious and extremely quiet....

We have stayed in this hotel several times when visiting family in Cincinnati. The rooms are very nice -- clean and comfortable. I would give it 5 stars except that they do not have in-room coffee makers. Although they provide coffee in the lobby, it's just not the same as being able to brew a fresh cup in your room....

I stayed at the Cincinnatian a few years ago and found it rather stuffy. The vibe seemed elite and unwelcoming. But in this recent stay, it was the exact opposite. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helpful at every turn. The young man at check-in was particularly efficient and welcoming. This is a small scale, historic hotel, with an interior...

We spent one night here in a Whirlpool King suite for my husband's birthday weekend. WHAT A GREAT ROOM! It was very spacious, well-lit, and one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. We had a corner room (309) and it was surprisingly quiet for being on an intersection in downtown Cincy. The service was good and within walking...
