I stayed here for four nights and the staff was terrific. One deskclerk in particular who is from the area was nice enough to give me ideas for my intinerary. She told me what sights I could see in a day and even which sights and why some were more interesting then others. she really helped me to have a...

We have stayed here before and have been treated very well. The rooms are good size. There is a microwave and small refrigerator in the rooms. The staff is very friendly. If you can't find something you like at the breakfast buffet you are not trying. There is waffles, toast, English muffins, bagels, cinnamon rolls, egg omelets, hot oatmeal, bananas,...

Right across the street from the Mammoth site. The breakfast was nice, the staff was working hard to keep up. The rooms were good size, beds were comfortable. They had a fitness room. Location was good! Overall satisfied with our stay.

We took our two boys (6 & 4) to South Dakota to see all the sights & create memories; we had a great stay at your hotel. We had breakfast (had to get there early, but hey, free breakfast), we used the pool & the staff were very friendly & quick. I called down for more coffee in our room,...

We looked online through the South Dakota tourism bureau and found this hotel. We had never heard of this hotel before (I understand that it is operator-owned and not a chain), so had no previous notion as to what to expect. The online photos looked great, so we made reservations by calling the hotel directly and hoped for the best....

I stayed here for a family reunion so I didn't pick the hotel as there was a block of rooms. The rooms have small windows and are kind of dark. We had hair on our sink and in the shower and there was candy on the floor from previous hotel patrons - not sure how long it had been there....

Well the outside of the building looked fresh and clean but very deceptive of the hotel room. The room was very outdated (probably the early 1980's) The beds were horrible and very low to the floor. The room were not clean and they even felt dirty. We were scared to touch anything. The breakfast was very poor, a continental breakfast...

Two friends of mine and I drove up from Denver to see Mt. Rushmore and the Black Hills. We decided to stay here as it was near where we wanted to be and reasonably priced. The hotel is definitely a bit older (I believe it's a former Holiday Inn Express) but met our needs well. The employees working were always...

With not too many hotel choices in Hot Springs it is probably the nicest in town. We did drive by the new looking Motel 6, however, which looked a lot nicer and newer than a typical Motel6. The rooms were relatively clean but outdated. The comforters on the beds were dark and old looking. We didn't eat their breakfast because...

It was an ok hotel. We checked in around 7pm and checked out by 7:30am the next morning and it was sufficient for a 12hr stay if you are needing a place for the night but I wouldn't want to spend anymore time than that here (or in Hot Springs for that matter). The rooms were clean but outdated as...
