Having been to Yellowstone before and having split time between Canyon and OF, I don't think we'd stay anywhere else other than Canyon Cabins going forward. We stayed in an older cabin a few years ago and it was amazing. Cabins are newly renovated now (I actually preferred the older cabins) and they were still just wonderful. The location in...

We stayed 3 nights in a Superior Room in the Hayden Lodge at Canyon Lodge & Cabins in YNP. Two adults and a 2 yo. The Lodges were like hotels so in that sense it was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with family who arrived separately and booked sooner than us so they were able to book Cabins. I...

We stayed at Canyon Lodge in the Western Cabin. The Cabin itself is a good size with a good heater. It does get cold at nights even in the summer months. Our Cabin window overlooked the forest which was lovely. It was also our honeymoon and we were given a beautiful Yellowstone Park wood frame which was a lovely gift....

We stayed one night on this property during our post-Labor Day visit to Yellowstone. There were so few people at the lodge that it the Bison were grazing outside of our building. We were in the perfect location to drive to the Canyons as well as longer out to the fishing bridge. It was beautiful. The rooms were fine. I...

We had a cabin, which was all that was available by the time we booked. I walked over and took a look at the Lodge and it seemed a bit nicer. The beds were comfortable and after doing allot of unavoidable driving around the park I can say the Canyon area is one of the best central locations. We had...

We stayed here for 3 nights during our Yellowstone NP visit. The room didn't give us the impression of being in a new or renovated hotel and the bathroom was extremely small so that it was a risky adventure to open the door from the inside. Furthermore the water remained in the bathtub a long time after having taken a...

We stayed at Moran Building of Canyon Lodge. It is pretty new building, nice and comfortable bed and pillow. Our room didn't have the suitcase rake so you need to place the suitcase on the table or the bed. as you can imagine no TV or wifi and the room price was very high!

Highly recommend staying here. Beautiful rooms that are nice and new. Lots of recycling options and water purification. Would be nice if there was a TV or wifi but that it not the Yellowstone way. :-)

A nice location. The new lodge needs some refinements. Do not get a room near or next to the entry, the noise is unrelenting as suitcases roll over the "walkway strips' on a continuous basis, very annoying

What a disappointment - Yellowstone National Park is such a glorious American landmark, and this hotel is such a dismal attempt to provide a housing product. Uninspiring design gives the public areas a cramped feeling, and a solitary elevator existed for the sixty or so rooms on the second and third floors. To get to the third floor without the...
