Our family of four was very pleased with the Canyon Lodge and our room. It all seemed quite new, and was very clean and really spacious. It was a good home base for three nights, while we went between the Old Faithful area, Canyon and...More

Hello there picky eaters! There are many other food options. The restaurants area includes the M66 Bar & Grill, Canyon Lodge Falls Cafe, The Ice Creamery, and the Washburn Lookout. If these are not enough, the general store has a food section selling fresh, pre-packaged quick meals such as salads, sandviches, etc. Just ask at the reception and they may provide more advice on whwre to find the best burger, hot dogs or whatever food your kids may prefer. Have a great time!

Don't know if you are serious of not, but there are way too many human traffic in the Canyon Lodge area for bears and cougars to even come around. Count yourself lucky if you even see one at all anywhere in the park.
