The accommodations at the Yosemite Valley lodge are good. The real 5 star rating is the location. It's a long winding road in and out of Yosemite so if you're planing on visiting the park for a couple of days it's worth the price to stay in the park. This property is walking distance to most of the major sites...

Hotel is prettig om te verblijven. Hoewel het eten in de food court erg standaard was hebben we een fijne twee nachten gehad. Tip: diner and drink in Majestic hotel, a bit expensive but worth it! (Costs are put in your own tab in Valley Lodge) Take a late shuttle bus arranged by the hotel.

Stayed three nights at the Yosemite Valley Lodge. The location of this hotel is pretty tough to beat. Centrally located to shops and restaurants. Although, during the peak season (summer) the bus runs everywhere and you can get everywhere with the bus. We stayed on the bottom floor unit with two double beds (2 adults and 2 kids - 11...

WINTER REVIEW: As a hotel room, it's pretty basic. As a National Park hotel, it's above average. I stayed in a second floor room with a king bed. The room was clean, spacious with balcony and partial view of the falls. It had the following: -TV -Wifi -2 convection (wall) heaters -Extra bath towels -Soap/lotion/Shampoo dispensers -Clothes Iron -Mini fridge...

Basic room but best location. You can hear the waterfall from the room. Walk in any direction from the hotel and see the most beautiful views. Plenty of parking. Room is small and could use better lighting but we are here for the park, not the room. Coffee and breakfast in the cafeteria is relaxing and spacious. Dinner in the...

Such a beautiful national park. Stunning scenery and was lucky to be surrounded by great company. Yosemite valley lodge had simply decorated rooms which were perfectly decorated. Our's was a short walk from the car park which was not a problem, however given the season, there was quite a bit of ice on the floor so we had to be...

Check In was somewhat difficult due to staff not being able to find the booking even with the booking number. They worked hard to fix this and we were eventually checked in. room was well appointed with both heating and air conditioning. Water pressure was great! All rooms in the lodge section had spectacular views of the surrounding landscape and...

great location. nice fireplace in the bar but no hot food can be ordered in the bar. The main restaurant is great. Rooms are clean but small beds. easy hike to yosemite falls and the parks shuttle bus service is top notch. Food court is ample and has a Peet's coffee and is easy to get snacks for the kids....

Beautiful setting, rooms very clean, food court and restaurant very close by and offer a broad range of options. Free shuttle pick up at the front door. Amazing views and good access to walking tracks. Most definitely worth the stay!
