tough to beat this area, no one ever visits (well, ok, a ton do, but nothing like the valley and glacier point) I would live here year round if the roads were open. This campground gives you access to it all

Spent weekend at the Tuolumne Meadows campground at group site, location is unbeatable. Walking distance to hiking trails, visitor center and store. Very close to Tenaya lake and other trails close to Tioga Road. Campground is huge and sites seems very close, not much privacy....More

Yes. Dogs are allowed at all campgrounds except Camp 4 and group campsites. They must be on leash and only on campground roads or on pavement. Look at the Yosemite NPS website. Go to PlanYourVisit slash pets dot htm
