This one is for someone who likes the idea of ready to occupy tents. Its furnished in terms of bed, pillows, and blankets. They have a fireplace for each tent and have a decent restroom and bathing facility. They even have outdoor tables attached with chairs.

I read lot of reviews on Google, Trip Advisor and other sites about the beauty of Yosemite Park. Since we couldn’t get any lodging in the Valley, the fly choice disappeared from our plans very fast and we opted for road trip. That let us see two more parks on the way from BC to California, Mt. Rainier and Crater...

We drove to Yosemite from Vegas and so arrived into Housekeeping Camp about 9:45pm, we flew from Ireland and were moving around the US for 2 weeks so weren’t able to bring the normal camping gear & food They do have someone on reception 24/7 but the rental place closes at 9:30pm and so we weren’t able to get any...

+ Beautiful location within Yosemite Valley - convenient and superb views. + We had a riverside unit, which I would recommend. + Fire pit outside unit was brilliant (bring firewood as it's bloody expensive in the Valley), and they have relaxed the fire hours to all day now, so you can have morning fires. - Not really a negative, but...

The campsite where you'll be staying is very (very, very) basic& the tents have all seen a few dozen seasons come and go. Things are a little worn down as a result & some of the brochures overstate conditions of the facilities. Set your expectations accordingly & bring a few cleaning things along if 'dirty and dusty' are issues for...

Wow! What a location! We got 'tent' 508 for our stay which was right by the river with a toilet block behind but far enough away for it not to bother us. Each 'tent' has a bunk bed and a double bed, storage, a single light inside, one inside and with an electricity socket for small items. The entrance to...

The location is excellent, close to hikes and food at Half Dome Village. We welcomed the electricity for our devices after a few days of camping, but the place is rustic at best. People were nice and the showers and bathroom were clean, but the hut area didn't seem clean. During the night something came in under/through the flaps and...

Firstly this is camping so expect some dirt and expect wildlife. But this place offered a lot of luxury. In each "tent" there is a double bed, a bunk bed, 2 power sockets, table and chairs and a fire pit. You also have access to clean toilets and showers. I would recommend that you bring a torch per person, camp...

While I have never been to a refugee camp not want to joke about that issue, these semi hut like camp structures are minimalist but not in the cool way. Enjoy these if you can't pitch a tent (guys and girls!) because all you have to do is park by your hut and unload your stuff. Bear locker and enclosed...

We came there around 9 PM and this was our final option for a place to stay. It is very basic but clean. During the night it was really cold and you can't really close the "flaps" of the tent, just some strings you can put together. It didn't give me a really safe feeling with all the warnings of...
