Stayed here for a few nights, the room was cheap so we were not expecting high quality. The room we were given had a leaking sink, the hotel management obviously knew about this because they had placed a bucket there, however the leak in the sink was more than the bucket could take and would overflow in a matter of...

Spend more money and go elsewhere. Cheapest place in town, but there's a reason for that and still over priced for what is offered. The lodge stinks of curry and the continental breakfast isan't quite what web expected. The only decent thing about the place was us and our car parked outside !!!!

Very friendly staff. BUT, the property needs some serious updating. Towels were washed but so used the white was actually grey and looked dirty. Very dated interior with paint peeling, trim moldy in bathroom, bedspreads soiled, etc. To top it off, we had a mouse in our room one day and it got into our food boxes. Had to throw...

All in that hotel - rooms, furniture, stairs, pool - need refurbishment. The room was too little, with washbasin right in the corner of it; there were no places for our things: no wardrobe or something like that for clothes, no shelves for our luggage.. But we slept well, and when we woke up in the morning, we saw so...

Please do not stay here. We made reservations here and the price for the room was $156.00 for ONE night. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in. The front desk clerk was gone from the desk with a sign saying be back in 15 minutes. When she did return she had a small, whining child with her. Our...

Checked in for one night, booked through a third party. Rooms are more than ready to be renovated. Curtains hanging by a thread on the wall, mold in the bathroom, dirty carpet and the pool that is offered in the list of facilities, is not available. The water has been pumped out and the gate padlocked. Springdale is a tiny...

It smelled right when I walked in. It smelled like leaking gas the whole time. The refrigerator had someone's food leftovers in it. The refrigerator sits on the floor which is gross. There was someone's personal envelope and hard candy left on the table. The electrical outlet was falling out of the wall. One of the beds was leaning badly....

First, the deadbolt doesn't match the lock hole, so it can't be locked from the inside. The a/c is at almost ceiling height in a dark alcove requiring a chair to adjust (wonderful at night!) and there are only 2 chairs in the room. Also you have to have on reading glasses to see the controls in the dark corner....

Our family decided to stay at this lodge with a last minute reservation to visit Zion National Park (10 min drive away from park entrance and right on the free park shuttle route). Our rooms were at the lower level of the 2-storey upper building of the lodge, where the in-room wi fi signal was very poor (good only to...
