Everything was perfect. Lovely property, nice sized room with a balcony, and amazing views. It’s a short walk to the park entrance and to many great Springdale restaurants and shops. I’m so happy we ended up at Flanigan’s for our first trip to Zion.
well, we never stayed there! I booked 5 rooms over the internet for me and my brothers , sisters and their spouses, all in our 70's, reserved them with my credit card to hold. The website said "no deposit" necessary, can cancel within 72 or 48 hours . I received confirmations for the 5 rooms under these conditions. I called about "something" and the hotel told me that we were a group, I had to sign a contract, pay a nonrefundable deposit, and needed to cancel within 60 days. I said, just give us 4 rooms (one of the husband is deceased), they said "still a group". I had their names and credit card numbers, could I just put it under the individual names, holding the room with their own credit card, he said no, it was still a group! So if each family had call and made their own reservation we still be a group???What!!! In all my 72 years of travelling , I have never had this happen before and NEVER HEARD SUCH A THING. I made reservations all over the world for friends and family and have never been treated so badly, almost like they did not want us there. Maybe they didn't like my name!!!…
We were gifted a stay at Flanigan's and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. Literally within walking distance of Zion national park and very close to the town of Springdale as well. The grounds are beautiful including a short hiking trail to a beautiful overlook. The hot tub was hot and relaxing with amazing views. The rooms we stayed in were good sized with some very nice little gifts included in our stay. The hotel staff was pleasant. We will definitely be returning!!
This place has many great offerings. The location is perfect. It is almost at the entrance to the park. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance. The grounds are beautiful. We had an amazing view from our room. We were in the Gary Dams suite. It had two bedrooms with king beds and a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa. One of the bedrooms was a loft style room that overlooked the living room. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The suite was very clean and the toiletries were top notch. There were a few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. The sidewalk lights leading up to our room were mostly out which made navigating the path t night a little difficult. The door to one of the bedrooms squeaked badly. The place could use a fire feature to gather around on the beautiful starry nights. I would choose this place again in a heartbeat.…
We loved the location since you could walk to the Zion park entrance instead of taking the shuttle. The balcony had a great view so it was nice to sit outside in the evening. We would definitely stay there again.
