The Photos are a total fake! It definitely didn't look like that and whatever happened since the last comments, we experienced a completely different house. Only one man spoke french and he didn't tell us about any things to do in the village and the rooms were quite a desaster, it was way too hot to sleep but when opening...

We stayed here as our base camp before venturing into the Sahara for a Bedouin camp with The Family Adventure Company on their "Saharan Sands" tour. Then returned to this site post desert for some restoration ourselves!!!. It was perfect. Quiet, authentic, rustic, genuine.....and such warmth from the hosts. Loved this spot with kids (10, 15). Edge of the desert. Need guide to help you understand the surrounding village. Need your own transport. Hosts very friendly and attentive. Tents and berber carpets on one side, bedrooms in the traditional home. Top rating for adventurous family.

Visited for two nights as part of the Adventure Company Saharan Sands Experience with a ten year old boy and a 7 year old girl. Great insight into Berber life and contact with local Moroccan people. The accommodation is basic deliberately as it's real and allows you to experience sleeping in a mud built home. Hence it's dusty and simple....

If you want to have an authentic experience with Berber family, this is it. Prices are great, food excellent and people very welcoming. You can stay either in one of the tents or in only 4 bed room. Dont expect luxury. But place is clean and has new, very European toilets and showers, hot water. Gardens are simple, charming and...
