Maylay Guesthouse is a charming guesthouse & only a stone's throw from all the action Vang Vieng to offer - bars, restaurants, the tubing office, travel agencies, bike rentals, and also a short walk to Smile Bar where you can get a great view of the Nam Khan river. The room was clean, light and airy (if a little noisy...

The guesthouse is close to all the restaurants, shops and the river. To mention it is a small town, so most of the hoteks will close to all the POI. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom on the other hand is very tiny with the shower next to the toilet, so it is quite awkward to shower next to the...

We booked on booking.com and stayed for 5 nights. Very clean rooms and facility. Owner/manager and staff were very nice. Although there weren't too many choices with breakfast, all were good and nutritious.

Such an awesome place to stay in Vang Vieng. Its clean, tidy and supported by humble and friendly staffs. From our room in the 3rd floor, a beautiful mountain view catched our eyes and made us fall in love with this guest house.

Good sized rooms, very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly always happy to help and assist. Rooms are maintained daily with fresh towels and bottles of water. There is a outdoor balcony area which is good for eating takeaway and meeting other guests. Tea and coffee is available at all times in the foyer. The location is great. Highly recommend.

Great location, only a few minutes walk to restaurants, multiple mini marts, tubing office and many tour booking/scooter rental shops. Rooms are clean and seem to be fairly new, staff were very friendly. Only complaint would be at night you can hear the bars but i really didn't find myself loosing any sleep over it but worth mentioning.

My wife and I enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The guesthouse is centrally located and is right in the town center and walking distance to everything. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and is easily able to book onward bus tickets. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is the street noise you can hear from the rooms. The...

This is a new guesthouse and the staff are very nice and always around. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The showers were hot and powerful. We stayed in 2 different family rooms and both were great for a family of 4. Big beds so 3 kids could easily sleep in one if needed. We would definitely book here...

Staff were very helpful and able to help where to book tubing! They were very informative and lovely from the minute we walked in. Everyone had to leave there shoes at the door, but they never went missing- thankfully. Very central location in Vang Vieng, close to food and the river:)

We had such a great stay here. The staff are all so friendly. Complementary tea and coffee and filtered cold water machine. The rooms are a good size and comfortable with aircon and fan. Bed is comfortable and good size. Great value for money. If we come back we will stay here again.
