Stayed at one of their little "bungalows" for a few days, loved the rustic charm and whole atmosphere of the back yard especially with the hammocks! Loved the staff, always super friendly and nice to have a chat with! The water filler-ups were added bonus too as too was the breakfast. Wifi is non-existence beyond the front of the house...

As a solo traveler I wanted somewhere to meet people to hang out with. The reviews of Pan's Place could not be more spot on. Great vibe, very clean rooms and lovely people. A big shout out to Molly and James who have been running front of house for the last few weeks. They're great people and they couldn't have...

A good base in Vang Vieng. The English backpacker couple running front of house were excellent, friendly and helpful. The family also very welcoming. There was a relaxing charm to the hostel. On the downside the beds were so hard (we had terrible backache), and the walls really thin and not quite enclosed so you got woken up by the...

The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. The dorms are 3or 6 beds per room and they have a nice chilling area (although the wifi usually doesn't arrive there or either to the rooms and should be fixed). However, the staff should be more careful and have a better control of the reservations and their availability as they...

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. It is located a few minutes walk down the road from the main bars and restaurants. Room was fan only so it was really hot. The staff were very helpful and informative and for about £7/8 a night for a double room and private bathroom, you can't really complain.

Cheap stay in clean private double. Bathroom was a bit smelly so we used the main bathroom that other dormers had access too. The room only had a fan but worked well. Booked hot air ballooning through the lady on front desk and had no issues! Would seriously recommend it for 80$. Good food and cheap beer. Good place to...

Pros - good price, accommodating staffs, good selection of breakfast and meals from their restaurant, free drinking water, spacious and clean comfort rooms, nature feels, lockers Cons - wifi is not reaching the dorm rooms at the back, you need to go to the hammock area or the restaurant to have wifi

Really cool hostel, the 3 bed dorm is so nice, basic bamboo hut with comfy mattresses on the floor. The staff at the reception are so helpful and take time to help you with directions, restaurant recommendations, transport etc. Nice chillout area with hammocks and other friendly travellers. Easy to stay in this place much longer than intended! Great price...

Booked Hostel online, didn't really like that I had to pay for the three nights in advance but just went with it. Really nice atmosphere, the restaurant food is basic but good. Friendly owners. The wifi is questionable when out the back on the hammocks but otherwise fine. I felt safe here and had no worries. It is a little...

My boyfriend and I stayed at Pan's on two separate occasions, the location is slap bang in the center of VV, rooms clean and common areas super relaxed. But most of all the staff were welcoming and always helpful. Whether you're looking for a party scene or relaxed time, Pan's has a lot to offer for both, couldn't recommend it...
