Picked up from airport by hotel minibus and taken to hotel situated at end of the beach. Hotel situated in nice gardens with great views from the restaurant pool area of the beach and sea. Hotel has a private section of the beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels. Rooms were spacious, large beds with mosquito net, air conditioning good. Some...

Airport transfer was fine. We booked a sea view cottage and were given B-6, which was Ok at first but when one has had time to look around there were a number of items that needed attention. Door lock was very deceptive in that it closed but with a little nudge, it would yield and be open. The towels and...

Very nice hotel situated at the end of the really long beach in Ngapali. It has a nice pool, not fancy but nice and clean. OK breakfast with a chef who provides you with an omlett, scambled eggs or just a fried one. They had cheese:-) The hotel is very near the fishermans village so it smelled fish sometimes but...

Lovely spot close to the village. Big chalet-type rooms, each one an individual unit in immaculate gardens, kept clean by an army of staff. Big buffet breakfast with Myanmar and European options. Lovely views, pool and location. Eating in house was definitely Myanmar beach resort prices but better priced than some local places. We ate in a village restaurant for...

This wasn't the first choice presented to us by the agent putting together our Myanmar trip, but we were very pleased indeed that we ended up here. It has a really nice flow to it from Reception to Breakfast/Pool area to Decked Area (for dinner) overlooking the beach, all flanked by the large detached sea-facing rooms (there are also other...

Although Diamond Hotel is much cheaper than other hotels in Ngapali, it is still very good! Staff are so helpful and friendly! The rooms and bathrooms are not fancy, but they are clean and spacious. There is a huge choice at the breakfast buffet. The beach is not the most amazing, nonetheless it is quite big which meant that I...

The Lonely Planet claims that this hotel is located at the 'scrappy end of the beach'. If by scrappy they mean the fact that I could see the fisherman rowing their boats out to sea or sit down and watch the locals play a game of football on the beach then I am a scrappy kind of guy. The 'scrappy...

The location is by all means good, next to the beach makes it a perfect place to have lazy days on the the southern and silent end of the long Ngapali beach. Just a ten minutes walk away, seaside or roadside, you find a good selection of restaurants. The rooms are average but there is only wifi, a weak one,...

The hotel i nice. The restaurant is nice, just don't eat there. Got bad shrimps the first meal here, and paid for the the rest of the week. Tried to get boiled eggs at breakfast. That did not go well, and had to teach them how to do that. After a week they got it. Don't trust a kitchen that...

We actually stayed here over 18 months ago but were unable to get the hotel listed on TripAdvisor so I am pleased it is now available to review. It was quite a surreal experience as we were the first, and only, people staying at the hotel for the 3 nights we were there. The staff were keen to please, a...
