Awesome 4-nights at Aureum Palace. We greatly enjoyed hanging out on our large patio, watching the waves and sunsets. Very nice beach with powdery sand and fairly warm water. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but selection was a little limited. Lunches and dinners were outstanding, especially the Italian dishes. Only negatives that prevented me giving a 5-star was the lack of a gym, unusable pool due to freezing water temperature and water pressure in the shower. Would still highly recommend.
It’s not my first stay at Aureum Hotel in Ngapali. This time I was just one night and it was wonderful. The hotel has good location and clean beach , the staff is very polite, friendly, experienced and ready to help at any time. Especially I want to say thank you to Ma Way Way for responsiveness, care and individual approach to each guest. Thank you to the waiter who serves me dinner. She was very attentive and experienced a lot. I guess her name is Emie ( sorry if I wrote with a mistake). The food was fresh and tasty. Mr Eric is an excellent and high-level Chef! I highly recommend trying lobster made by him. It’s delicious. Thanks for the rest as in paradise. Sincerely, Ms Tot Liliya
We stayed in our new year in Aureum Palace Spa&Resort in Ngapali. Very friendly staff. A very big room. Good breakfast. the location is very good and, close to the beach. We had a great time. Very night sunset view.
We spent our honeymoon at the Aureum palace in Ngapali and the staff and manager there really pulled all the stops to make our honeymoon extra special. Excellent service and beautiful accommodation. We had a great time.
We spent a week at the Aureum Palace Spa and Resort in Ngapali and could not have been more happy with our stay. The location is great as you are close to the beach restaurants and there’s also many restaurants in walking distance or a short tuk tuk or ebike ride away. One of our favourite beach restaurants is the Original sunset view beach bar & restaurant and Two Brothers restaurant but to be honest we ate most of our meals at the resort. Chef Erik makes lovely dishes and being pescatarian did not limit our choices. We enjoyed the seafood BBQ buffet dinner as well the fresh homemade pasta buffet, both were really great and a very good value. These buffets are served beachside on the deck next to the pool and boat bar. The Buffett breakfast also had a nice variety! The entire staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The manager checked in with us many times during our stay to be sure all was well. We booked an oceanfront cottage which is really worth it. You are steps from the beach! The cottages are very spacious and well designed, I loved the high ceilings. I had read other reviews before going to the resort and some people were complaining that the outdoor jacuzzi was dirty and hard to fill, the solution to this is to call house keeping and let them know you want to use the jacuzzi! They come and clean it, fill it and put nice flowers and candles all around. It was very nice! There’s a nice foot wash station in front of the cottage so you don’t trek sand all through your cottage. We did not have any issues with water pressure or temperatures. If you do have issues speak with staff and they will assist, there’s no point to not address it and then complain after the fact! My husband arranged a special dinner for my birthday and the staff (including the chefs) went over and above to make it a VERY special dinner. We enjoyed the executive spa package and the massages were great, as was my pedicure. They have a lovely large pool but we love the beach so we didn’t really spend much time around the pool. It was however well maintained. The beach area is well maintained and there’s plenty of loungers. The boat bar is a nice place to enjoy the sunset. The snooker table was fun and we also hired bicycles one day. The staff arranged ebikes for us to go check out the Lighthouse lookout. I really liked the fact they have a water refilling station in the lobby as we always travel with our refillable water bottles! Thanks to the entire staff, we will see you December 2020! It’s too bad I can only add 10 photos to the review because I have so many nice ones and it’s hard to narrow it to only ten! I will be creating a YouTube video with all of my photos and videos as well as a blog at Amanda Blogs Travel - look for it to see more shots from this nice resort. …
