Pros 1. Easy to find. Has many rooms. 2. Attendants are very accommodating, even conducts an automatic FREE car washing services. 3. Cheap rooms, with FREE breakfast. 4. Parking, not a problem. 5. Food tastes good. 6. Near Pedritos and Pepings Restaurants. CONS 1. Room kasi is cheap, so don't expect perfect bedding's and cold air-cons. Kung tutulugan lang kaylangan,...

SUITE is classed as a higher standard room so goes the room rate with it when in fact the quality and standard of the SUITE is well below of the Deluxe room in this hotel which has a lower room rate (1,000 pesos per night less). ONE is prepared to pay the higher room rate tariff if the room provided...

Give credit when it is due - excellent service received from porters/ bell boys and service staff unfortunately that is where it ends. One would not mind paying a higher room rate if One is given what is advertised and of a higher standard than that of the lower room class. If you are offered a SUITE room at 2,300...

The place is slightly far from the downtown area. The hotel's staff are really accommodating. They attend to all your needs. However, the room is not as good as I expected. It looks old and dirty. And there are insects everywhere, inside the bathroom, inside the cabinets. The water coming from the faucet is rusty.

A very cozy hotel. The hotel staff in general was very friendly and there were no issues checking in at all! We chose the semi-suite and while the room was pretty standard, it was very comfortable. Another great thing about this hotel is its location-- it's not far from shopping malls so it's a great pick if you want to...

Though the amenities and room of the hotel need extreme improvement, the good customer service compensates. Check in was a breeze, and staff were friendly. We got a Semi Suite room, and it looked OK and it was big. The blue lights though would make you think you're in a motel instead of a hotel. The room was dark since...

Down payment for room reservation was never an issue. I paid my room reservation a day before we check out. The room was clean and cozy, the food was presentable and clean; however, the water is not potable because it's quite salty. Staff's customer service was excellent! All were very accommodating, and courteous. We stayed there for 3 days, and...

I called to reserve the matrimonial room but the front desk suggested the deluxe room with free breakfast for P1200. So we went there dec 5. I was not expecting much for P1200 worth of room but when we went there, WOW! they gave us a big room with 2 queen size beds, led tv, sofa and office table. ....

I celebrated my 18th birthday here last 2014 and it was a blast! The venue and programme was beautifully arranged and smooth. The staff was also very friendly, especially the guard near the entrance who will guide you through reception with a big umbrella on hand and smile on his face. The only negative thing that I can say is...
