A very nice, quiet, up-market place to relax and eat (and drink), hundreds of orchids, friendly (English-speaking) owners, superb service, a good choice of food, great desserts in a Spanish style patio decor... Most enjoyable.

Amazing amazing amazing. Lasagna made me weep. Just be careful about the crepes! It's not American sized. These are plate sized stuffed delicious. I ordered 3 at 45q each (about $6) and it was enough to feed at least 4 people. No wonder the server looked at me crazy.

I have not dined at many places where I can tell friends that they cannot go wrong with any of the food in the menu, but Casa d'Acuna is one of those restaurants. The ambience is immediately welcoming, contrasting with the chaos of its national capital. Highly recommend it to anyone looking not just for a taste of home, but...

I stayed here for one night, just passing through on the way from Semuc to Tikal. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the garden was beautiful, and the staff were all very friendly. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel and the food was very nice. Despite being in the centre of Coban it was very quiet and...

We only discovered this place on our last day and popped in for breakfast. The food was lovely and the service excellent and not really any more expensive than elsewhere. A little oasis of calm. Wed have stayed all day if we hadn't had a bus to catch.

Three amigos on motorcycles-we had a local show us this hidden gem. We were tired, hungry and ready for a break. The food was off the charts. We took the bunk room- I think dinner was more than the room, beautiful interior court yard, safe parking. Did I mention the food and dining ambiance was incredible ... what a great...

Coban is a beautiful town but with not very much going on. Cafe DAcuña was a very pleasant surpirse. Excellent service. Good Food. Nice quiet environment. Good Music. A little more expensive than your average restaurant in coban but still good prices. If I am in coban again I would definitely visit again.

I visit with my family December 2013 and it was such a nice experience. The welcoming waiter with his glasses and cap was one of those I would have in my own restaurant. Food was just the best, ambience top and our waiter .... I recomend this place to all I speak with who is heading for Coban. ( I...

Coban is kinda sketchy. I think you need to be on your toes. But, if your here, this is a solid option, because it is secure, great service, wonderful dining, really good coffee and breakfast. The lodging is spartan, shared bath, but clean and decent value. The staff is helpful. The courtyard is pretty, as are the various dining rooms.
