When arriving I wondered why I booked in the middle of nowhere, but the location really is fantastic! Breakfast views are just amazing. Temperatures out there in the mountains are also welcome after the sweating Bocas del Toro. In the end I wished I had booked more days, they seem to have some very nice tours, the river walk is...

We stayed in Lost and Found for two nights and it was probably the highlight of our trip on Panama/ Costa Rica. Firstly, the location is the best thing about this place. The views at breakfast where we looked out over endless mountains and rainbows below was something I'll never forget. The sunsets over the mountain range were also stunning....

We were really excited to visit this hostel prior to arrival, however a few things ruined our stay. The most upsetting thing happened while we were on the famous Indiana Jones treasure hunt which was a good fun to begin with, however we grew really frustrated towards the end because, as it turned out, not all the clues where in...

Stayed here in summer 2016 and it was a highlight of our trip to Central America. Could have stayed for weeks but only had time to extend our stay for 4 days. So much to do, amazing self guided hikes to the river, and a really good atmosphere for meeting people and having the occasional party... Happy hour is a...

There just is something different about this place. The hikes are nice and combined with the mysteries that can be solved, it all becomes something more than just a hike! The staff is great and very kind. Food that is served for dinner is okay but the kitchen not so good since there are like two pots. Our overall experience...

The 15 min walk was really hard with the heavy baggage but yeah so worth it!! You get a nice welcome, make sure you make a reservation, and when we were at the hostel we did the whole time the treasure hunt (a own designed game by the owner of the hostel). At night we did a night walk through...

The Lost and Found Hostel is located in a cloud forest between David and Almirante. So nearly everyone who is going from the caribic to the Pacific stops here. You should book in advance and it will be a very pleasant stay. At night it can be chilly so bring a Sweater. The Lost and Found is very nice, well...

This lodge is a perfection. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was one of my best experiences. They propose a lot of activities all very interesting : treasure hunts, night hikes, coffee tours, happy hours, and a lot more. No time to get bored. The view is breath taking. The staff is amazing, always available and happy to help,...

I arrived at night in the rain, and when I woke up in the morning I was stunned by the view! Not to mention the great fun of the two free scavenger hunts, the helpful staff, the delicious communal dinners (if you wish to buy dinner that is $6-$8), the mini store that is well stocked and reasonably priced, good...

We liked the hike up to the hostel, it wasn't as tough as we thought. The views are amazing, good common areas, fairly priced stuff to buy for your own cooking. And the treasure hunts are perfect for low budget travelers who wants something different to do. We really enjoyed it. Well done!! When I said it could be perfect...
