The owners (a married couple) were very friendly and helpful. So were the staff in the restaurant/bar. It was a B&B type of experience, which both my wife and I really appreciated. In addition the beds we slept in were very comfortable, and our room had a nice view of the canal (we live in Australia so for is it was something unusual/cute). And last but not least, the price was very reasonable.

The hotel is lovely and the food is just brilliant, it is family run by Mateusz & Gemma, who have made us feel so welcome & provided everything we needed, so lovely to be made to feel like a proper guest. We stayed on business for 3 weeks and did not even need to go out anywhere else to eat! The chef Lukasz, is great, so dedicated to making great, all freshly prepared home made food from scratch and he should be very proud of his lovely meals. He even came out of the kitchen to greet us regularly and as we had been there some time, to check what things we liked & also made us some specials, so we had lots of variation, which is absolutely fantastic!, There is a continually changing 3 courses meal every day for €25.00, great value. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and are comfortable, and if you need anything at all Matt & Gemma will go out of their way to provide things and make your stay like a home from home. I would 100% recommend staying here, and will look forward to my next trip to Harlingen on business or pleasure, and knowing where I will be staying, T’Heerenlogment without a doubt! Enjoy.

Just stayed there for 3 nights. Lovely young couple running the hotel who made us very welcome. Spotlessly clean, super spacious room. The food, beer and wine were absolutely delicious. Daily special of 3 courses for €25. Very hard to beat that. Fabulously situated for town centre bars, cafes and restaurants. Also, 7 minutes walk from train station. Perhaps like a lot of hotels in Holland, the stairs may pose a challenge for more elderly people. Didn’t effect us though!! All in all, thoroughly enjoyable stay. Very good quality and value for money all round. Would highly recommend and would certainly revisit should I ever return to Harlingen.
