We attended with a large group for a family wedding and while there were some issues with the property regarding no water pressure in the room one day and some power issues in the resort Our stay was overall super relaxing and fun. Most of the food was good and the drinks most excellent ! The best part of our experience was The absolutely amazing Carr our butlers took of us at every turn ! We stayed in a swim up suite and Junior and Dexter were our butlers for the entire week. They were on top of everything every single day …never intrusive but always there when needed! They communicated everything we needed to know each day and responded to questions and requests super fast ! They really took the experience to the next level ! Also an amazing lobby bartender Barry was top level !! He knew everyone in our very large party , had our favorite cocktails memorized and was so fun and entertaining! Staff here is the best !…

Uncle JA Ja and Snow brought the vibes and dances move. We had designations wedding and made it a fun experience. Plus I learned some dance moves! Make sure you bring your dancing shoes, I’m pretty coordinated but if you’re not there’s no pressure!

Jamaica is a really beautiful country and the resort property is quite beautiful. However, the Royalton Blue Waters resort is the Home Depot of experiences. Has most of what you would go there for, but the staff (for the most part) does not care that you’re there. Not the Menards, as it isn’t the cheapest. We found a few friendly faces that I’d like to acknowledge…. They made our experience more enjoyable: Bianca, our pool server. We didn’t find her until day 3. But she was truly fantastic. Attentive, lovely and always had a mimosa for me! Lamoy in the steak house was wonderful as well! He was friendly and outgoing with our table of 9 and was as great interacting with the kids as well as the adults. 2 gems that made our experience better. I would give them both 10 stars. But overall the resort isn’t ready to serve guests on the family side while they finish up renovations. They seem to be really pouring into the Hideaway (adults only) side pretty aggressively and appear to have forgotten that families like to enjoy all inclusive experiences as well. …

We attended a paddle board extreme work out with Daniel.who was fun, attentive and encouraging. We then attended aqua aerobics with Philip which again was a fun workout with good music. Good variety of classes on offer and information on classes easy to find.

We really enjoyed the fitness classes, the fitness team were great, the paddle board class with daniel was enjoyable, daniel was really friendly, we also enjoyed the aqua gym with philip and everton. Everyone on the fitness team were very friendly and lively, they did well to get people involved.

If you are looking for your next awesome holiday..I highly recommend the Autograph Collection by Marriott, The All Inclusive hotel “Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay”. The hotel is helmed by their GM Carlos Estrada who was an amazing host and his team did a fantastic job. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed this all-inclusive experience during thanksgiving week. The highlights included the Vibe team with their fun activities, the Royalton Fit team with their daily pool sports and the amazing food and beverage team at the impressive 09 restaurants and bars!!

Let me start off by saying my husband and I have been to numerous all inclusives and we are by no means “picky” people, but we came here for a wedding this past week and I would never come back to here or recommend this hotel to anyone. After we got off the shuttle from the airport, we proceeded to the diamond club check in (330ish), mind you check in is at 3pm, and did not get to our room until after 5, saying they were behind in cleaning that day (ok, that’s fine, totally get it). The next day we awake, walk to the buffet and wonder why the entire floor is wet, hot and sticky. Well the air conditioning was down across the entire hotel for the entire day. The room was a sauna and not pleasant to shower and get ready in. Speaking or showering, 3/6 days our room has no warm water, and after calling Norene endlessly, the entire resort was that way. To make things ever worse, the day of the wedding we were attending there was no actual water coming out of shower/faucet for the entire resort. The bride was literally unable to shower the day of her wedding. Guests were bathing in our swim out pool to clean. The food scene is very poor. The best restaurant at the resort is on the adults only side (Zen) and the Blue Waters Side only gets 16 spots a night at 530- so almost impossible to get into. The Italian place was almost unbearable, and the steak out ran out of steak for our 630 dinner. What’s sad is the staff, specially our butlers Junior and Dexter are working endlessly to make up for the hotels issues. I can not give enough stars or praise to those two men who are constantly checking in on us, bringing us whatever we need, and trying to make the guests time the best it can be. The staff is truly the only saving grace at this hotel. For the amount of money we paid the lack of basic amenities at the resorts (air, water; etc) is complete unacceptable. Don’t get me started on the HELL the bride and groom went through. as a family of 5, they were locked out of their room for 3 DAYS. Power went out at the reception last night for 20 plus minutes. Honestly the whole trip has been a nightmare for everyone involved. All we can do is laugh about it at this point, but will NEVER recommend this resort or chain to anyone unless some major changes happen.…

Honestly not worth the money and what wver you do, do not upgrade to the VIP as it's total BS and a waste of money!!! No upgrades whatsoever. You have to find a bar with top shelf liquor and there is only one. Food is mediocre and have experienced way better for way less. Not worth the trip sadly.
