We arrived Saturday 3/20 for an overnight in the dark at 7pm the check in was up a mountain. After we all checked in (730) they failed to tell us that we should drive our car to our suite down the hill so we walked and then realized there was a parking close to our room. The air condition was off and never worked we turned it on to 60 F and it never cooled. Since it was late and we had been traveling I told them in the morning as we checked out. I was traveling with my 80 year old mother so I did not want to move to a different room so late. I have called them 3 times to ask for a discount. The response each time is " I will check with management " at check out the reception said we will have maintatence check and then get back to you . Very disappointing absolutely no customer service. I feel insulted as a first responder I recieved a discount but paind $160. for one night -totally over rated DO NOT STAY HERE Vivian Whalen…
stay away from this sh!t hotel. Horrible service and disgusting rooms with cockroaches. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Take your money and go somewhere else. Trust me!!! Also horrible view from room.
I booked a night coming from culebra to do shopping on the main land, ferry was canceled due to weather and they credited me for the following week even though their policy says “no refunds” so that was cool. I needed to park my vehicle next to my room so they changed rooms for me last minute. Hotel was quiet, grounds were immaculate and room was tidy, $153 per night with tax for secure parking. All good will return.

I accept that the covid policy is whatever they want it to be, but it is not communicated at all, not on their own web site nor on the various booking sites. (I just checked their official web site, it has a covid-19 button that leads to the PR health dept web page which does not match the strict requirements for this particular hotel and nowhere in the booking process does it say what they require). They really need to let people know BEFORE they book that their policy is much stricter than any other hotel or rental I've stayed at in Puerto Rico. The fact that this is not communicated would give me great pause over what else they do not communicate to their potential guests. (We are local part time residents so did not have a test barcode as we hadn't left the island recently, nor did we have a PR drivers license, which is what, it turns out, they require). On a positive note, the security guard was wonderful, he tried to help us after he saw us sitting in the car trying to find another place to stay that night.…
