Was surprised and happy upon my return after many years to the Village. Now run by Wadorf Astoria, the Apartments' outstanding location with unobstructed high views of north east PR, mountains, islands and the Atlantic ocean from the balconies, and all areas around Apratments, pristine upkeep of ground and gardens, fully equipped, spacious modern apartments with all comodities and maid... Stayed at Las Casitas at the El Conquistidor with my wife and two kids (4 and 7). The villas at Las Casitas are considered to be the premium lodging option at the El Conquistidor and did not disappoint. Our butler, Eddie, was top notch--setting the stage for great service the entire visit. Our full ocean view villa accommodations were even... More

We visited Las Casitas from August 30-September 6. We were a family of two adults and two older teen agers. We had a one bedroom Casitas. The grounds are beautiful!!! Yes they are huge, but easy to get around. During the week the resort was only 20% full so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. On... More

Excellent service, I always visited the hotel for conventions purposes and this time is i have the opportunity to enjoy the complete hotel. The service excellent, the golf course beautiful and great difficulty. The ventana'a bartender, Alex Bajandas make excellent job and our waitress, Shaira makes an outstanding service. Definitely i will return to Las Casitas Village.

A friend and I spent a few days at the Las Casitas Villas while visiting Fajardo. The overall experience was good however to eat and drink at the hotel is very pricey but the staff is very polite and extremely helpful. There is definitely plenty to do and your time there will absolutely fly by! The accommodations are very nice.... More

I have stayed at the two bedroom, three bathroom Casita. It is a deluxe apartment with all the trimmings, full kitchen, three bathrooms, two bedrooms and parking facilities included. There are many swimming pools and access by a private ferry to a beautiful private island "Palominos" just off shore. It has activities which include hiking, horse back riding, snorkeling, small... We stayed at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan for two days prior to arriving at El Conquistador. There is no comparison in the vibes of the two hotels. San Juan was more of a city, younger party crowd and the El conquistador was more lush landscapes, upscale family and couples. I originally booked a room at the main hotel but... More

Others have talked about the price - but you get what you pay for. It was a splurge for our family that we thoroughly enjoyed. For our first trip to PR, this was a great choice... we got to experience some of the island, but were able to relax knowing things were so at hand. When we return, we may... More

My experience was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The service was outstanding by Jesus. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The water park and Palomino Island were a real treat, and the food was delicious at the hotel.

Excellent customer service from front line staff. 2 of my kids got good poisoning and food and beverage management haven't contacted me. Buffet dinner - fish and chicken were dry. Disappointing, especially as it was $$ Great location but a car is a must.
